I called this company to get a quote for porch railings for my front and back porches. . Never heard for several days, so called again. They left me a voicemail saying “they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours.” That was 9/3/26; today is 10/12. I’m still waiting. I’ll take my business elsewhere. To clarify, I called co for an appointment to give me an estimate. He came on agreed upon date. I waited for several weeks then called to see when the estimate would be ready. Voicemail back to me said 24-48 hours. Never heard from them again.

Very happy with the whole experience. They were professional, kept me updated every step of the way, showed up when they said they would, and handled all the village permits, which made everything easy. The fence turned out great, and the quality of the work is excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new fence.

I highly recommend American Fence Professionals if you are looking for quality, fair pricing and a smooth set up! They took care of everything needed before the job and installed a beautiful fence just as we had asked for! Perfect! All we needed to do was make the phone call! These guys are very knowledgeable, friendly, cordial and have many years of experience. I'm so glad we called them! We are very happy with their work and will definitely call on them for any future projects! I'm letting all of my friends and family know, too!
