  Exceptional, thorough service from start to finish! I hired them for a full chimney sweep and safety inspection, and they exceeded all expectations. They arrived right on time, laid down drop cloths to protect the living room floors, and left zero mess or soot behind. The technician was incredibly thorough, walking me through every step of the inspection, showing before-and-after photos of the flue, and giving honest maintenance tips without any high-pressure upselling. It is rare to find service this professional, clean, and detail-oriented. I finally have complete peace of mind using our fireplace this season. Highly recommend!

  I've worked with Dave and his team for a number of years. He and his team do excellent, thorough work at very reasonable prices. Many service companies these days are just focused on getting in and out as fast as they can while collecting the fee. Dave and his team care about the work. They don't rush through it, and are very intentional about doing the job correctly. The completion goal for them is a job well done, not meeting a specific "out-the-door" time metric. A few years ago I had some exterior work done. The siding people notified me that my chimney cap and crown had completely rusted out due to age, and that I should contact a chimney service company. I spoke to several people and it was clear that Valor was the right choice. Dave is passionate about his work and brings along the decades of experience to back it up. He explained in very understandable terms what needed replacing and why, along with my options. I ended up having him replace the cap crown and cap, and it made an incredible difference- both functionally and aesthetically. While we are more occasional fireplace users and burn mostly duraflame logs, I looked up the vent myself and was surprised at the accumulation. So I called earlier this week and he sent his team of Alex and Frank out to do an inspection and cleaning. They were professional and thorough in their work. They kept the workplace spotless. They sent me the before and after pictures and it was night and day. The vent was not spotless. Definitely will continue to use Valor Chimney as long as Dave is running the operations there and continues to provide outstanding service and support for my chimney maintenance.

  Very professional. Came and installed the top sealing damper for chimney. Also, explained how to operate the the throat damper and top damper. Were very clean

  Great customer service, very thorough in their work, they addressed my issues promptly and explained things with as much detail as I wanted. I would highly recommend Valor! This is our second time using them!

  Absolutely terrible customer service, hugely disappointed. You can not be canceling an already PAID and scheduled service call simply because you looked at the Google photos. Not even once asked me what the problem is, why the service was needed. Leave aside the teririble feeling of aranging your work day based on again a pre-paid , scheduled 4 days in advance appointment. Hope you do better!
