  Anthony did a fantastic job evaluating our current situation and explaining how it needs to be fixed. In addition, I appreciate the option of scheduling earlier in the day since Anthony had extra time in his morning schedule.

  He was very informative and nice. The service is always good with classic Air Care and their employees are always superb. He was very informative. Patrick was very informative and knew exactly what to do. I appreciate it all his help.

  It was such an enjoyable experience with Chris today. He was very professional, courteous, open to questions and sharing clarification when needed. Shared suggested products we could get if we choose to. Appreciate him alerting me to a wasp nest in my unit and he took the time to spray it out.

  The technician, Mitchell arrived early, but called first, which was great. He was very pleasant & professional. He came to the door with his boot covers. Boot covers are always a good sign because that means they care about respecting my property. Mitchell explained everything that he was going to do ahead of time and answered all of my questions. Since it was our first visit I had a few. I was very pleased with the service and look forward to continuing a relationship with Classic Aire.

  Justin is always so courteous and polite. He answers all my questions and is very patient. He always does a great job with our furnace maintenance. This is the first time he did our AC maintenance and he did a great job on that as you can see by the before and after photos. I highly recommend him and wish we could request him every time.
