  Mitchell was very quick to get to our home Very capable to solve the problem I usually ONLY have Dan come to the home ever. Like to have the same person! We are a military family I like to not have many people in our home, But he made me feel comfortable And I would be happy to have him added to my list of ok / good to go people when Dan is not available Love the company / good business

  Semiannual maintenance was efficient and thorough like always. One star deducted because of service tech's arrival almost 2 hours after close of 8-12 service window because earlier jobs ran over their allotted time. Not the tech's fault, but I had asked for earliest appointment and his delay cost a half-day's production in my home based business (I cannot stop the process once I start, even to answer a door, and so couldn't start until he finished.)

  Chase was very knowledgeable and professional. When I asked him questions, he answered them without hesitation. He was here for my A/C System Maintenance. I pay for an annual service agreement to keep my system running smoothly and to catch any problems early before they become a more expensive issue.

  Classic Aire Care is top notch. When scheduling, they are friendly, helpful and professional. There is great communication prior to the technician’s arrival. I particularly appreciate the text with the technician photo. The technician is helpful and professional. They are considerate and clean with their work. I’d highly recommend!

  Travis A. was very professional and did a good job on routine a/c maintenance. I pointed out where birds had built a nest in my outdoor condenser because the installers from Faszold did not put a cover back on seven years ago. Travis was going to speak with his management about this. Classic Air Care ordered a new cover which has arrived and will be installed free of charge. Great job stepping up and correcting an error from a company they now own.
