TL;DR One of the last companies with Integrity. Massey Roofing was quick to respond for an inspection and quote. They provided several options at various price points which were appreciated. After agreeing to the contract, communication was excellent from scheduling the work getting done along with the office explaining what the difference was between the shingles that were offered along with warranties. For a 1200sqft house with roughly 1500sqft total including pitch they managed to get it done within a day and had an invoice available the following week with traditional mail and email copies. No company is perfect on account of new broken decking boards during install along with minor cosmetic damage to aluminum window frame and some siding scuffs. After bringing up these issues the staff and owner took my concerns seriously and were quick to come inspect, offer a resolution and repair to satisfactory standards. In short, after comparing them with the other companies we were interested in I believe we went with the best option for price and outstanding customer support.

Saw a 3 or so of your trucks driving southbound on IL-29 on 8-7-26. Taking up both lanes, preventing traffic from flowing through. Trying to race each other or something. Then they were throwing soda out of the window at each other and some of it even hit another car that was stuck behind the one in the left lane that they were blocking. Really poor look on what doesn't seem to be a bad company

Cannot say enough good things about this company! Everyone from boss to office to crew was kind, helpful, and all around good people. I won't use anyone else again! I had an emergency leak I only found when it dripped through the attic to collapse a section of my ceiling. Everyone at the company was GREAT from start to finish. The office helped me, kept me updated, and worked with my insurance. The owner came out that day to check it out and even patched things so I wouldn't have more damage while I waited for their schedule to open for a replacement. The crew was so quick, so friendly, and they cleaned up everything so I couldn't tell they'd been there. On top of that, my roof looks absolutely gorgeous. All my neighbors have commented on it so I'm not just biased.
