  I had Brandon come out to give me an estimate on a complete HVAC system. He spent less than 15 minutes looking at things and told me it could be 8 weeks before a unit was available. It’s been 6 days, and I haven’t heard anything from him about my estimate.

  We called after a thermostat would not come back on after a power outage. Manny arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and found a solution. Manny also helped by listening about another concern we’ve had about our air handling in the house. He referred us to their more knowledgeable associate who will make an appointment to help with the concern. AAA Northstar has been good to us for decades.
