  Our experience working with First OnSite on a floor restoration project was 10/10. This company stands behind their work and doesn’t leave the job until you are 100% happy with the result. Service like this is almost unheard of these days. We have worked with many contractors and First OnSite team, led by Adolf & Kris, are the best. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

  UPDATE! First OnSite completed the rebuild portion of our project 3 days earlier than estimated, and did it to perfection! I am so impressed by the talented team of individuals assigned to the work: Mykola, Sasha, Alex, Taras I, Taras II, & Stepan, all under the precise and effective supervision of Oleg; the detail-oriented management of Danny R (I appreciated the Daily Reports!), and the thorough & accurate cost analysis by Alfredo D, Project Director. Thank you all! I highly recommend First OnSite for mitigation services. Enrique and Genaro made my day when they installed fans & dryers, after removing the damage caused by the big storm in early August. They are professionals, who went the extra mile to stabilize the situation so that we could comfortably enter the building. I look forward to the next phase of work, using First OnSite to rebuild. Also, thank you to Bob H, Senior Project Manager, for expediting the mitigation portion of the work.

  We had water damage from our bathroom into our garage - They brought in the dehumidifiers and fans tore out the dry wall and after a couple days our house was ready for repair - they did in=t with very high quality - you cant even tell there was damage The whole crew was great Rich Raul Roberto and a special thanks to Danny I highly recommend theses guys First OnSite was excellent

  They were very responsive and helpful. When we flooded I called the day after and they were willing to come out that day. We were fried up and fixed in a couple days. They checked on us daily and moved everything in and out of the crawl space. They finished up sooner than we thought too which was nice.They work with insurance though our job didn't quality but that was our insurance not them. Very grateful.

  We needed repairs to our basement due to a flooding incident and First Onsite was recommended by our insurance company. We contacted them and within 24 hours we received a call from the adjuster, Pat England, to set up an appointment and after that a call and a visit from the project manager, Danny Reyes. Both of these professionals were thorough and kept me informed every step of the way through phone calls and written reports that were sent via your email. They were prompt and courteous during their visits. We contracted with them to do the work and it was completed to full restoration, and the site was cleaned up wonderfully. The two technicians Roberto and Raul did excellent work and were always careful when coming in and out of the home. I highly recommend this company and these individuals.
