This business is outstanding. John Castellonas was dispatched to my home to replace faucet components. My shower has very components. John was thorough and explained all my options, which included a possible reworking of the whole shower system. The components needed for repair were outdated, but John was able to track down, and replace the damaged items. He was extremely professional, efficient, and personable. I wish I could give more stars.

John took his time to explain things to me thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed, but felt like he genuinely cared about his work and making sure I was a satisfied customer. He completed his work with excellence and ensured we were all happy with the results. Incredibly different from my previous experience with another company. They have gained themselves a new customer. John is a top guy!
