  I am very pleased with the services from Benjamin Franklin plumbing. I needed my sump pump replaced and I had two other companies come in for assessments. BF was middle of the road, but their promptness, professionalism, and options they provided made them trustworthy in my book.

  John Castellonas was terrific. He came out for an emergency call and was a true professional. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Rates were extremely fair. 💯% going to use him for all my other plumbing projects and passing his name around to others. Call him for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed.

  Highly recommend this company. John C came out and was amazing to work with. He explained in detail the issue and gave me an extremely fair price. It’s easy to feel like you are getting ripped off with these company’s but this company is extremely honest and only did the work that I needed. Got John’s card and will def use in the future.

  My sump pump went out while the sump pit was nearly half full of water. With more rain in the forecast, I was really worried that I might get water in the basement. They scheduled me next day, early morning and didn't charge any emergency fee. John gave me a very competitive price for a new sump pump install. He was very up front and honest with me about the work, didn't try to upsell or anything, and he had the sump pump installed within the hour. I've used Ben Franklin Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs; new toilet installs, water heater, whole house filter, now new sump pump, and some occasional light plumbing tasks like plumbing a pipe for my washing machine. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
