- KKKaitlyn Keating1 day ago1.0Honestly, I would give zero stars if I could. The elevator at my office has been down for a week and a half with no support from TK Elevator. It went out of service on Monday and we were told a technician would be on site Wednesday to fix it, but nope they no show, no called us and have had no response since. We have staff who are pregnant and injured like in a boot. We NEED an elevator, but have no way to get a response for anyone to actually come out and service it. If I could help anyone out, I would say NEVER work with them. They will leave you high and dry without a care about safety or servicing their elevators. 0/10 DO NOT recommend unless you're looking for a headache and being gaslit and I doubt they'll even acknowledge this
