  The technician was competent and performed his work well. Preventive repair/replacement of degrading components (capacitor and contactor) were recommended. The price for the parts was excessive, greater than ten times what was available from Amazon or other supply portals.

  He was very attentive to everything and explained the problem. The Ac is 7 years old and I was surprised that it needed. M such an expensive part so soon and that it's only guaranteed for a year. Your company has serviced this unit almost every year I have had it and that is why I am concerned since last year it was okay

  Service person (Joe) was very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He fully explained suggested repairs to AC unit to help it run more efficiently. Replacement part prices seem excessive.
