    I have been a loyal customer of BMW for years and have always been satisfied. This time, I was blown away. I came home to what appeared to be hydrostatic water coming through our basement floor, and went into a panic. Tim arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, made the necessary repairs, and then went above and beyond. He educated me about the problem, why it occurred, and how to proceed with remediation. He turned a stressful situation into one where I felt well informed and at ease. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and kind. If I could give more than five stars, I would. It's rare to find people like Tim and service like BMW's.

    The plumber did a great job of finding the blockage in the drain line. It was a tough one to find as a squirrel dropped a walnut down the vent line and it got wedged and blocked the drain.

    Exemplary service. Taylor patiently listened to my problem and did a thorough tracing of potential problems all the way back to the incoming line and all bathrooms. And answered follow-up question on the phone the next day.

    I posted a 2 star review a few days ago. I WAS WRONG I hope that post is no longer available. If it is, I’m retracting it. I thought the boss, Dean, was unresponsive and not returning my calls. There was a miscommunication issue. I finally did talk to Dean. He was great. He personally came to my house and discovered the real cause of my basement water problem. He patiently explained what it is and how to fix it. I plan to move forward with Dean, and the Company
