  What pisses me off the most is when a person lies and there's literally NO REASON to. I contacted at about 9 pm at night about an emergency a/c repair in a rental of a family with small children which he was very much made aware of and the reason why we needed it to be fixed asap. We agreed that he would go next day at 1pm. I contacted him multiple times the next day to comfirm the time and he confirmed that he would be there after a morning funeral. There was a bad storm so he said he would be delayed because of the storm and would go as soon as it passed. Ok, not a problem. I live in the city so I know exactly when the storm passed and checked the radar to make sure all Chicagoland was cleared....no rain for hours and sunny. I contacted him again to get an update (he probably thought I lived in Kankakee bc the night before I told him I was there but didn't mention I was only there for work) he said " Still raining cats and dogs lol". It wasn't. At that point I called Family Man Heating and Cooling and they came out within the hour. They gave me a time and they showed up at the time they said and no more kids suffering from the heat unnecessarily. & no, I never heard back from this guy again. There are so many other a/c companies, do yourself a favor and just call anyone else. He could have just been a normal prerson and said, "no, I cant go" and I would have called someone else, no problem. This was literally an unnecessary evil that had kids suffering from the heat.

  AC unit went out in my home over night on one of the hottest nights of the summer, freaked out because I had no idea what i was going to do. Started google searching techs at 530am....ran across Mr. Rashaad's business and gave him a call at 6am. Explained to him my issue and that it was also my birthday and that my day was starting off rough, he informed me that he would be here between 10-12pm (arrived at 10am sharp), diagnosed my issue and within 15mins my air was back on in my home. He was very efficient, professional and even gave me a discount for it being my birthday. Thank you again Mr. Rashaad, you have been a lifesaver. Sold me as a continued customer, will definitely be referring you out.

  Really disappointed. Rashad was 4-5 hours late for each time he was scheduled to service my AC. I really wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it was chronic. Really disappointed. In the end I elected not to have him complete the work, because I was not sure if he would actually show up. He had told me he’d be at my house at 10am and by 3:30pm I just told him not to come. He’s a nice guy, but will not be on time.

  I am so happy I came across rashad. He is amazing. He is very knowledgeable about hvac system and trustworthy. I will definitely use again for my hvac needs and will recommend.
