  Got a new dual fuel heat pump system installed from Perfect Temperature Control and am very happy overall. Sergio, in sales, is very knowledgeable and great to work with. He was willing and able to tailor a bunch of different thing in the design to fit my weird requirements, such as incorporating new, unreleased, beta thermostat I got from work. The installer, Paul, was able to integrate the mystery thermostat and produced a clean install. Next, a friendly and professional technician came back in 6 months to check the refrigerant levels and remounted my thermostat on a new wall plate.

  Perfect Temp installed a new condo HVAC unit and has maintained for a few years now. I could not be happier with the friendly, professional service. They respond quickly if there’s a problem. And, the price is right! I recommend them highly.

  We called Perfect Temperature Control to do maintenance on a Navien tankless hot water heater. It worked but the water wasn’t as hot as it needed to be, and we figured cleaning and maintenance would help. When the technician arrived, he didn’t seem to know a thing about tankless hot water heaters. He spent most of his time on the phone with the manufacturer. At one point I even overheard him say “So I should unplug it and plug it back in? No, I haven’t tried that yet.” Really?! That’s your experienced technician?! He ended up not doing a single thing to the heater. He basically said the unit was too old and needed to be replaced. He charged us $265 to literally DO NOTHING to the unit! After he left we looked at the owner’s manual (that had been sitting on top of the unit the whole time) and looked up a YouTube video about the water heater, and over the weekend we ended up doing all the maintenance ourselves that we thought we had hired this company to do. Now the unit works great and the water is plenty hot, no thanks to them. After reading reviews, there was another customer that had a very similar experience with a technician not knowing anything and spending a bunch of time on the phone with the manufacturer, only to charge a bunch of money and not solve the problem. So this is not a new thing for this company! If you need maintenance or repair to a tankless hot water heater, I would strongly suggest calling someone else.
