This was a daunting challenge - to have the heat pump system replaced during the high Summer temperatures. From the initial proposal to the follow-up questions, to the tech installation - each person was professional, and responsive. At the end we had a glitch - the fuses were not installed - but the techs stepped up and quickly finished the process the same day. This last step told me that I could trust Perfect Company and it's employees - they were authentic and worked with me. They really wanted the system and the business processes to be "perfect".

Absolutely excellent service! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They did an amazing job repairing our air conditioner with a great sense of urgency during these extremely hot temperatures! We were quoted $11k by another company. Perfect Temperature Control gave us their quote within a couple hours and knew exactly what needed to be done, and most importantly at a fair price! I will be sharing this with everyone I know as it is important to trust who you are working with. Thank you!

Perfect Temp replaced 4 mini-split units in my 150 year old house. Original units were installed by ABC and had issues for years and completely died after 8 years. The Perfect Temp install crew were amazing. They were very detailed focus and accommodated all our requests on the line hide and more. They removed all the previous equipment and supply lines and replaced it all. It was an expensive project, but their cost was similar to other quotes I received. I've had the units for 3 months now and I could not be happier with the Mitsubishi units and how the install went. I highly recommend Perfect Temp Control and was very impressed with the quality of work they provided.

Excellent service and attention to detail! Repaired my air con at the peak of a heat wave which I was very thankful for as the heat really makes my lung condition so much worse so, I really appreciated the service technician who took great care of me!
