  Starting. with Manager Bill M. and David who evaluated the job, followed by FILO and the Home Comfort Team, we are very happy. The team worked with proficiency, diligence, and kindness. The new air conditioner and new furnace and humidifier look good. They were installed during the heat wave in June. We are grateful to once again have cool air. —-Carolyn Thompson

  The technician they sent, Craig, was wonderful. He arrived one time, was friendly and professional, and diagnosed and repaired the issue efficiently. Prices were reasonable. The only downside was my first phone interaction with a customer service representative who was actually quite rude, but after asking to be transferred to another associate the support received from Dustin was fantastic and everything ran smoothly from there. Would definitely recommend.

  Their scheduling to meet our needs was excellent. Their technician Furqan, was exceptional. Extensive knowledge of our HVAC system. He took photos of the different components of the system and went through each one explaining their condition and possible failure issues. He gave me a complete read-out of the different pressure values in my system. I'm an engineer and understand all the technical terms he used, but he was able to describe how they all work together. I would hire him again without question. It was an unique service call because of him.

  I reached out to Home comfort about a year ago to service my air conditioner. The technician Patrick was so great and the sales Rep Paul was also great that when it came time to replace the system, I knew I had found the company I wanted to work with The installers and the technicians I have worked with have been patient, informative, and very pleasant to deal with

  I recently had Home Comfort Services out to my home in Skokie, and they were absolutely outstanding! After another company told us they couldn’t make the wiring run work and basically gave up, David Roman stepped up as the point man on the project and completely turned things around. David and Furqan Junaidi arrived professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. They thoroughly assessed the situation, re-did the wiring properly, and got our HVAC system working perfectly. What seemed impossible with the previous company was handled efficiently and correctly the first time by this team. Their troubleshooting and technical skills are top-notch! David was fantastic to work with — he clearly loves what he does, brings real pride and technical expertise to every repair, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Furqan also impressed with his technical background and positive attitude. Both technicians exemplify great customer service. Home Comfort Services has earned a loyal customer. If you need reliable, skilled HVAC service in the Skokie/Chicago area, look no further. These guys get it right the first time and truly care about doing quality work. Highly recommend!
