  As a new owner of a condo, I did not understand the type of heating system that I have. Home Comfort Services came to do spring AC maintenance on many of the units in my building so I signed up. Elliott gave me a detailed explanation of how my system works and what I have to do to operate it and maintain it. It was very helpful and he didn’t mind answering all of my questions. I will definitely call them if I have any unscheduled problems with my furnace or AC.

  David is professional and knows his stuff. I appreciated that he didn't pressure me as the repair cost is not a small amount. He came as a follow up a routine check, and his visit didn't cost me separately.
