  I had an emergency, AC leaking water. They came out on a friday at 11pm. The tech, Pat, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing! I will def be using them again if prob arise.

  Pat, the technician called me about 7-10 from my home and arrived promptly. He asked several questions to help address the problems we were having and began looking at the condenser until. It didn't take long for him to identify the issue with a compacitor that was not allowing the condenser to work. He was able to replace it with a part on his truck and also identified another connection that should be replaced in a few years. We also reviewed how to properly clean the coils on the condenser. After it was working, he checked the furnace temperature from the inside to make sure it was cooling properly. After that inspection, he determined that it may need to have the freon levels checked in the next year. Pat was very easy to work with, friendly and explained the process very thoroughly. The company offers a maintenance program which covers a great deal of services and checkups in the year. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend their company.

  Pat Ziegler was terrific and calmly fixed my AC while challenged by a rain storm. A great service tech with diverse experience in many fields. His contact in the office was very helpful in the accounting questions too.

  Ricky Sanchez did our cleaning of the vents. They did an excellent job. Kept me informed of what they were doing thru the entire process.
