Lucas was very informative, professional and courteous. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided recommendations of other services BMW plumbing (aka 24/7 Services) provides.

Continues to be incredibly reliable resource for having an experienced knowledgeable plumber come to your home and get the job done right. Had Dan out today and he went above and beyond.

Jeff came out to give an estimate on electric work and was very thorough. He gave multiple options on repairs and explained everything in great detail. Highly recommend and will be using their services.

I am very disappointed and not the BMW Plumbing I knew. A plumber came out Friday to fix a spigot and needed to cut into the wall behind the toilet. I approved the work order, which included installing an access door to cover the opening. He also charged me the $79 service call fee, even though I had been told that fee would be included if I approved the work. He said that was not how it worked, so I paid it. After cutting the hole, he said he needed to cut further and remove a piece of molding to complete the repair properly. He then said he could no longer install an access door, leaving me with a boarded-up wall in my bathroom. As he was leaving, he told me not to use the toilet because it was running and needed either a new flapper or replacement, and he had turned off the water to it. When I asked when I would hear back, he said whenever they found the part. I called BWM on Tuesday to ask about the service fee, which should not have been charged, and was told accounting would be notified to issue me a check. I also asked about the toilet, but the representative knew nothing about it and said she would follow up. After waiting two days for a response, I turned the water back on this morning; the toilet filled and worked normally. An hour later, I received a $595 estimate to repair a toilet that is not broken. The estimate also stated that they would not guarantee the repair would work!! The plumber told me when he arrived that he was not with BMW Plumbing but with 24/7 Plumbing—and he was right. Another small business ruined by a corporate takeover.
