  We should have called Burdick first. Lucas replaced our outdoor spigot -- as well as copper pipe and new shutoff valve -- so efficiently that the total cost was actually under his initial estimate. As new, middle-aged homeowners from Chicago, we didn't know what to expect. And we couldn't be happier. Burdick was the third plumbing company in Decatur that we reached out to. Two other, well-known companies refused to either return our phone call (in one case) or come out to our home after making the appointment (in the other).

  I experienced the same issue as another person that commented. This was for a commercial remodel project. The person who answers the call provides email address for quotes. You send them all of the necessary information to quote and then follow with phone calls and emails that are ignored. The concept of courtesy does not appear to exist within this organization.
