Highly recommend Dakota Plumbing! My mother-in-law’s well system stopped working and she was completely without water at her house. Dakota Plumbing came out, diagnosed the problem, replaced what needed to be replaced, and got her water back up and running. They were professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and great to work with throughout the entire process. They did quality work and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate the service they provided and would definitely recommend Dakota Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing or well work.

We are new to the area and found Dakota plumbing through a Facebook search. I gave them a call and the customer service I received was spectacular so I booked them. They have been out to our house several times now for different issues we have had and their work has been great! They even took the time to explain things to us and give us excellent recommendations for other services. I highly recommend Dakota plumbing!

We contacted several plumbing places when we started having issues. They were the first, and ultimately only, company to return our call. I'm very glad we ended up working with them. Everyone we interacted with was professional, prompt, and friendly. Communication was excellent every step of the way, as well. From the employee who helped us schedule the appointment to the technicians who completed the on-site work, everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to explain everything they found and helped us understand the next steps to addressing the issue we were facing. As a first-time homeowner new to dealing with plumbing issues, I had a lot of questions, and I especially appreciated their willingness to answer them all honestly and thoroughly. Their professionalism and customer service made the experience much less stressful and overwhelming. We will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of plumbing services.

Great experience once again. We were surprised to learn they are now under Oak Leaf but this didn’t change a thing. Same professional curious team. One change is they don’t bill you but come with an invoice you pay once the work is complete. Not deal breaker in any way, just a small change.
