Ridgefield Flooring began business in the 70’s as a one man operation in a two car garage in Cary Illinois. The company grew steadily over the next 3 decades, gaining knowledgeable employees, product lines, customers, and outgrowing many locations. Located at our Crystal Lake, Illinois location for the past 13 years, Ridgefield Industries is Chicagolands’ premiere hardwood flooring company. With our own dry kiln, complete flooring mill, warehouse, delivery service and showroom, we can manufacture any kind of hardwood flooring you can imagine.

Team was very easy to work with; prompt and communicative! They took every step to keep the house as clean as they could….. The awesome color does not show up perfectly in the photos but the color adds warmth to the house while matching existing trim.

- JMJoan McClellanJul 22, 20261.0I honestly do not like giving bad reviews, but this one has to be written. In 2020 Ridgefield put in our wood floor. The entire process was poorly managed, more wood had to be ordered after installation had started, and we were left with glue residue everywhere. Two months from the start of the order, the job was still unfinished. I must say we love our wood floor, and Sorin the installer worked very hard and did a great job. He never complained and worked 12 hour days by himself. BUT that was six years ago so why am I just now writing this. I called Ridgefield a few weeks ago for help because we had a gouge in our floor that needed a repair. I spoke with a man who said he would relay the message. I called a second time to confirm they got my message. I NEVER heard back from Ridgefield Flooring.
