The final result looks absolutely fantastic—I told them straight away when I got home from work how beautiful and clean it looks.   Performed maintenance, cleaned burners & replaced HAI by a great technician by the name of Zack O. Very knowledgeable, polite, explained all my questions & work that he performed. Vacuumed & cleaned the entire area. Great company to deal with & fair pricing.

  Zach was out to service our furnace and A/C system today. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing. Not just it needs it Our system is over 10 years old and has been cleaned regularly, and no one has ever checked air pressures to make sure the system is functioning properly. During today’s service it did flash an error code. It was overheating. The system ran 11 minutes and shut off. He explained what it could possibly be. He made an adjustment and ran the system 20 minutes and no error.

  The company is very friendly. They introduce you to who's coming out so you understand who they are so you know if it's the correct person so you don't feel afraid. They are very kind and fair when it comes to pricing. If you are looking for a company to help you with your furnace or air conditioning system.   Neo did amazing! Makes you feel comfortable right off the spot. He relates to you well, loves cats, even played with mine and didn’t bother him. He commented on my art work and relayed back to him as well. You can tell he’s being in the home service industry for awhile! I appreciate that as someone who has been their selves. You could tell he has a “spiel” like everyone does but his sounded very natural. Sometimes people repeat it so much they sound like a robot. He didn’t lose me once! He did a great job trying to plant seeds for an up sale as well which is great for the company/management. I like seeing a bio and a pic of the tech as well makes it less worrisome that a stranger is coming. He did every thing right in my book. Great tech and employee to have! Company is great too. Responsive friendly reports with photos. cheap prices if you’re a member ect. Will stick with them as a new home buyer
