  Joe,Estimator, did a very thorough evaluation of our needs and excellent communication of process and products with a great deal of knowledge and experience. The 3 man installation team of our new furnace and AC systems, Ivan, Adrian, and Danny were friendly , well trained, competent professionals. They all did an excellent job throughout the day. Very approachable and willing to answer all of our many questions. We highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a new HVAC system. Legacy is a Top Notch customer service oriented company.

  Great customer service. I book online same day 2 hours later they were fixing my AC . They check everything and explain the status of my AC. They got it fixed fast .

  Our heating and A/C units were both about 24 years old, and our A/C electric bills were over $1000 for 3 months, and the last was over $1300. We had been dealing with an HVAC company for over 20 years, and finally decided to get other evaluations of our system that offered expensive possible "fixes". The last company we called was Legacy Home Services. Dan O'Brien evaluated our heating and A/C system, and did offer a couple of possible expensive "fixes", but in the end, we decided that we were trying to save an old dying system. I very much appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics, and Dan fully explained our options. He was very knowledgeable about the problems our current system was having and was very helpful in helping us choose a new system that would work for us. He even included a cleaning of our vents which we have yet to schedule. In addition, our system is guaranteed for free repairs for the next 10 year. We did decide to have a new system suggested by Dan, and received a few discounts to help lower the price. Even so, our new system was much more expensive than than the prices of 24 years ago which was expected. The new furnace and A/C units were installed in 1 day, and the technicians took care of everything, including moving things in the furnace room and cleaning it up. They were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Legacy Home Services, not only for replacement of a furnace and A/C replacement, but also for the extensive maintenance service they offer.

  Great experience with this company, was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Zach came out and repaired our ac unit and also took the time to explain how everything was working and what our options were. We will be continuing to use them for any other needs that come up!
