  I lost my Air, during a hot spell, go figure, anyways called Legacy, I never used before. however they had bought out my old company. They sent out a technician the next day, Zach Olson, he was very thoughtful, thorough and kind enough to explain to us all the problems that needed work, now and some we had time with, no hassle no fuss no sales push, good honest work, fixed what needed to be fixed, showed us what needs to be done sooner than later and somewhat can wait. Zach I see takes pride in his work. it was a pleasure working with Zach and Legacy. Thanks all!!

  They sent Jacob out the next day. He went through my entire system and diagnosed the issue. He replaced my filters with new ones and tested everything again. System is now back to working order and keeping is cool. Great work!

  Tech Zach Olson very thorough on inspection answered all my questions explained problems found a problem not associated with AC and fixed it. Very happy with his work would recommend

  I recently had Chase out to work on my air conditioner and was extremely impressed. He was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. Even though there were some delays and issues with the manufacturer, he stayed courteous, kept me updated, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and in doing the job right. I’m very pleased with the service I received today and would not hesitate to recommend this company based on my experience.
