  Thus far my experience with window world has been a mixed bag. While initially they were very communicative and proactive, once I submitted my 50% deposit, I feel like the company has almost ghosted me. No one ever called to inform me that my windows were in. I had to call after almost a month and a half to get a status update and lo and behold my window happen to be in and I was able to schedule only after I called. Then, only a couple of days later I get a call from Paul while I’m in a work meeting that they need to reschedule. We have young, reactive dogs and need to make arrangements for them to be out of the house during installation so rescheduling for us isn’t as simple as picking another day. I call back shortly after and left a voicemail of my own for Paul. Almost 4 hours went by without a response and considering there is a holiday weekend and only a couple of days until my scheduled appointment, I had to call back yet again. Over the last week and a half or so, I have called the main line of window world seven or eight times and I think I’ve only spoken to a live person twice. Also, their text communication service wasn’t working this week either, making this even more frustrating. This can get bumped up a couple of stars if they do deliver a high quality installation, but right now I’ve been pretty disappointed with communication from the company.

  Great experience from start to finish! Other companies that quoted the job were not up front and employed the high pressure sales tactics. Salesman and install crew friendly and knowledgeable. Replacement of 14 original windows from 1999. Very good quality and no drafts or leaks. They even replaced the shutters that I purchased myself. Would recommend Window World for replacing your old drafty windows!

  WWoJ replaced our original 1990 casement windows with beautiful sliders. We opted for the energy efficient glass which produces a noticeable difference in heat resistance in the summer so far. I'm happy with the modern appearance, the ease of operation and the price. I would have loved to go with fiberglass but that was no way near our budget. I'm happy with the WW windows and the quality installation by the team of installers. Thank you

  We are happy with our purchase & the price seemed competitive but the experience I wouldn't want to repeat. We had an extremely inexperienced salesperson w/<30 days on the job. Honestly not sure if I can blame him under the circumstances or if it's more on WW for not supporting him. Nearly everything he told us was incorrect and the quote was reworked multiple times. It took weeks to get the order started and did not give us a level of confidence while we waited. In the end it worked out ok and the door looks great. Installation was super smooth, very professional.
