  Pretty disappointed. After having our windows installed and paid in full, they said the final trim pieces for our bedroom had been ordered wrong and they would have to re order. I was very understanding, as mistakes happen. However, after rescheduling 3 times and excuses like we ordered the new trim, but at the day of install, it was “misplaced” and they couldn’t find it, I became frustrated. On top of all this, as an “I’m sorry” the guy Paul claimed he would be sending us a gift card (stated 3 separate times he would do it) to try and smooth things over. Of course that also never arrived. Spend your money elsewhere if you’re looking for a window company.

  If I can give 10/10 I would, BEST experience by far. It started with the Sales person “RJ” so very nice (not pushy at all) and very professional and made us feel very comfortable, he answered every question we had and got back to us very quickly when we had a few extra questions once he left. Then we got a call about someone coming out to double check the measurements. And then the day of the install (which was almost 2 weeks earlier than expected) which we were soooo happy! Then our installer “Wojciech” was so very nice and did such a great job.. he explained everything and made sure we were completely happy. 10/10 for the installer. This is our 2nd time using Window World - first time getting ALL the windows in the whole house replaced and adding a sliding back door. BEST Window and Door company by far!! Pictures attached the blue is the old door - WE GOT A NEW FRONT DOOR AND NEW SCREEN DOOR .. absolutely both!! THANKSSSSS WINDOW WORLD OF JOLIET 💯💯🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

  The company was very quick to respond to my request for a patio door replacement estimate. Salesman Mike was very helpful. Another Mike accurately measured the space. The installers were quick and efficient, completing the installation in a little over 2 hours. Love my new door.

  Everything from beginning to end was amazing. Salesman explained everything in detail and with no pressure. The two gentlemen that installed the windows and patio door were terrific!!! Windows look beautiful and finish molding was added on the inside which gave the windows an upscale look. This is such a change from my builder grade windows that came with the house. Love the way the sliders have one screen across the whole slider window and that I can open the slider windows from both ends! Their warranty is the best it there. I would highly recommend this company!!!

  Sales rep, Zach, was great. Very knowledgeable and took his time during our appointment for the estimate. The crew that came to remove and install everything were excellent. They knew what they were doing and worked well with each other. They did a great job and in a timely manner. They took great care both inside the house and out. When job completed took the time to clean up leaving the area spotless. They also took the time before leaving to show all the functions of the windows and sliding glass door. We are very happy with the product and experience we had with Window World and would gladly refer others to them.
