  We are currently in small claims court with Savage Roofing. They installed a new roof on our home last October. During the job, they sent an employee out at night to clean our approximately one-year-old concrete porch with a powerful pressure washer. The pressure washing damaged our concrete porch. We contacted Savage Roofing about the damage, but have been unable to get the matter resolved, which is why we are now in SMALL CLAIMS COURT. We have many texts from Savage admitting fault and apologizing. They destroyed something we worked very hard to replace a year prior. All we asked is that they fix what they ruined. They have stopped responding to us and have not responded to the court proceedings.

  We recently hired Savage Roofing to replace our roof and siding, a project we started with them thanks to their straightforward free estimate. The main goal was to fix a persistent leak coming through a seam in the roof-to-wall flashing. During the first storm after completion, the leak unfortunately returned. There was a bit of a communication gap, and the crew ended up arriving a week later than initially expected to check on it. However, once they were on site, they honored their 10-year labor and installation guarantee without any hassle. They diagnosed the issue, fixed it properly, and so far, everything has been dry; I'll have to wait for the next storm to be 100% sure that there'll be no more issues. The final quality of the roof and siding looks beautiful, and having that 10-year warranty provides incredible peace of mind. While the initial oversight and communication delay were a bit hectic, their willingness to stand by their guarantee and fix the issue correctly speaks volumes about their integrity. Finally, everyone in the Savage company I spoke with were very cordial and easy to talk to. I am very happy with the final results and would definitely recommend them for their excellent craftsmanship, integrity and strong warranty. ~ SB

  A 5-star review is not easy to get but these guys deserve it. The entire process was smooth and professional. They made some recommendations to improve the quality of the roof and the gutter installation. And their estimate was spot on. The installation team was knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and made sure we understood every step of the installation. The crew was respectful of our property, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when the job was completed. Looks I would definitely recommend this company 100% In the future. Mike

  Horrible company to work with. Company did nothing to help. I worked with 3 different agents from savage because the people we were working with kept leaving the company. No one ever contacted us for anything the entire time. I had to follow up each time to see if anything was being done. An administrator by the name of Liz even promised me she would call me with an update and never did. All the company did was finally get a claim filed with insurance. Then the day they were supposed to show up and meet with the insurance adjuster they never showed and claim got denied. We called multiple times to see where they were at and no one ever contacted us back. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

  After the last storm, our garage suffered significant damage to both the roof and gutter after a tree fell on it. Thankfully, Savage Roofing was there to help! Not only did they agree to take on the job, but they completed the repairs quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. They successfully repaired the hole in the garage roof and fixed the damaged gutter, restoring everything back to great condition. We truly appreciate their excellent service, responsiveness, and quality of work. We highly recommend Savage Roofing to anyone in need of roofing repairs or other roofing services! You won’t be disappointed!
