  $980 to cut in a 2” test tee on an existing PVC line? That’s robbery. I’m a journeyman plumber in St Louis County and City, and have some property in Illinois with a clogged drain I can’t get to until this weekend. Had the tenants call these guys for a quick turn around and that’s what I got told? No way. A $4.00 test tee and at most an hour of billable labor.

  Joshua E. From Tiger Plumbing came to my house and gave me an estimate for some work I needed done. I didn’t have the work done today, but I was very happy with how professional he was and the way he took the time to explain just what was wrong, where the leak was and what the cost would be. All at no charge to me.

  This is Delores Shafer I called for a service call yesterday for a gas leak. They collected the $106.00 before they would dispatch. The technician didn't even get down in the crawl space to where the gas line was ran or where Ameren marked the leaks. He told my tenant he was going to call his supervisor to come up with a plan and come talk to me. That didn't happen. I've made 3 phone calls and have not received a call back. Apparently they must not need the work if these is how they are going to provide customer service.

  Joe was so friendly, helpful, and informative. Happy to have had him as my technician. Will definitely be contacting Tiger services again in the future to help with other projects. The only downfall to the entire service was the automated assistant that they had you speak to in order to arrange for a service appointment. Not a fan of that, would have preferred to talk to an actual human. I understand that’s where the industry is leading, but it’s much more personable to not have to talk to AI.

  Bradd from Tiger came out to our home to look into an issue we were having with a gutter drainage pipe. I was able to easily schedule an appointment using Tiger’s website, and they were able to come out to investigate our issue in less than 2 days. Bradd was extremely friendly and helpful, listening to all of my concerns, and let me know my options for a solution. This was my first time calling Tiger, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!
