  We used Windy City to do a much needed roof replacement on our 6 unit condo building. Ricky and Eli were very responsive from the quote all the way to finishing the job. Despite a few rain delays over the summer, the crew did a great job removing four layers of old roof and leaving a clean job site. We uncovered some unexpected joist damage, but even after the additional work, the total price was more than reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

  I have to leave a review after the experience I just had. In August this year, we got hit with some severe thunderstorms, heavy rainfall, and even tornados here in Chicago, and it did a number on my roof. Water started intruding into the building pretty badly. I originally hired a different contractor to handle the repairs, and honestly, it turned into a nightmare. They ripped off half my roof and put a tarp over it, but the tarp failed and water kept getting into the building anyway, for days, while it kept raining. Come to find out, the work they were doing wasn't even up to code or industry standard, and I was told the roof would've failed prematurely if it continued. I ended up firing them before things got even worse. That's when Eli and Ricky stepped in, and they honestly saved me. They came in, assessed everything, and got me squared away fast. In just 4 working days, they did a full roof replacement and repaired my entire parapet walls. That's not a typo — 4 days, and it was done right. On top of that, they actually cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished, which shouldn't feel rare but it does. I'd absolutely recommend these guys to anyone dealing with roof damage or storm-related repairs. Thanks again for everything, y'all.

  We had a leak, in Logan Square that was driving us, nuts because, it would not happen during normal rain only realley, hard wind driven rain.They eventualley, traced it to the wall/roof connection instead, of just covering the roof with more patch material.Have not seen it agaien.

  My neighbor recommended these guys after they did his roof last year. I needed a combination of gutter work, some flashing repairs and tuckpointing. Everything turned out great and now I understand why he recommended them.

  We had our entire flat roof replaced this summer. The crew worked their butts off even with how hot it’s been. They kept me updated on what they found once the old roofing came off and there weren’t any surprise charges thrown at me at the end. Very happy with the new roof.
