  Avoid this company at all costs—completely incompetent workmanship. I hired them for a full roof replacement, and it began leaking during the very first rainstorm. Upon inspecting the roof myself, I found major errors: Exposed and popping nails (nails driven into incorrect shingle zones and left sticking halfway out) Crooked and bent shingles nailed down improperly to cover up bad cuts Horribly misaligned flashing that left an unsealed 1/2-inch gap, letting water pour straight into my home. The water damage from the new leaky roof ruined my recent remodeled interior. The roof had multiple leaks, not just one. To protect my property, I had to climb up and personally patch the roof and correctly reinstall the flashing myself. The sheer lack of basic roofing standards is unbelievable. I would never hire or recommend them to anyone. Worse of all is that they will talk as if you don't know any better when you spot terrible workmanship, if I could I should have stopped work the moment I saw them install the roof in a sloppy and rushed manner.

  Mike piatek was running the company now Manny is the owner and his subcontractor workers aren't bad ,they did a pretty good job on my kitchen. Not the greatest job on my fascia board around the house, Very decent job on my new Cedarwood front gate They did do a good job on my awnings and gutters, even though they didn't replace the gutter flashing like their supposed to. When it comes to follow up at the end, if you don't make sure that they do every little thing before you finish paying them, you won't get them back and Manny is not good at getting back to you from messages you leave, but what I needed to have done at the end I had someone else take care of and Manny did reimbursed me for it.

  Great experience working with Mike's Construction. Had a porch and stairs replaced and a bedroom addition and electrical upgrades. Provided a detailed quote and took the time to understand the intent of the project versus just doing what we asked. By understanding the intent, they were able to make recommendations on how to make the project even better. Great experience. Would highly recommend them.

  It’s just been 3 years since my kitchen remodel and the grouting on my backsplash is crumbling. I wasn’t happy with the work but was reluctant to make a review because I knew it wouldn’t be a positive one. Also my floor tiles are uneven and my chairs are constantly getting caught. I really wouldn’t recommend them for remodeling
