- MGMichael GotfriedJun 14, 20263.0Mike's Construction is not what it used to be. When Mike piatek was running the company he was very professional and knowledgeable. Manny is the now the owner and his subcontractor workers aren't bad they did a pretty good job on my kitchen, at least ,I can say that. Not the greatest job on my fascia board around the house . They did do a good job on my awnings and gutters though even though they didn't replace the gutter flashing like they really should have, But when it comes to follow up at the end, if you don't make sure that they do every little thing before you finish paying them, you probably won't get them back once they're done with you. You can forget about the one year warranty on labor. I couldn't even get them back to do 5 minutes worth of work that I had left to do.. one of them was to set my tankless hot water heater properly and to push my shingles back down properly after they did my gutters. 3 months went by couldn't get them here, so i had to hire another company to fix those little things left.

Provided a detailed quote and took the time to understand the intent of the project versus just doing what we asked. By understanding the intent, they were able to make recommendations on how to make the project even better. Great experience. Would highly recommend them.

I wasn’t happy with the work but was reluctant to make a review because I knew it wouldn’t be a positive one. Also my floor tiles are uneven and my chairs are constantly getting caught. I really wouldn’t recommend them for remodeling
