  Great company. Jose came out and gave me a free estimate. Diagnosed the problem. Price was good. His team just finished the job . Excellent service. Most importantly customer service is wonderful. Taylor and Kim are the best. Excellent communication. They are very knowledgeable with plumbing Issues and explained in detail. I’m hiring them again for another plumbing problem I would give them⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  My experience was that this company has a very large problem with organization and communication. I scheduled something for my outdoor trench drain and an outdoor sump pump that wasn’t running. The first technician I had, unfortunately there was a large communication block. I was trying to ask questions about how to best protect our trench drain and questions about the outdoor sump pump like is the location it’s pumping the water to okay, and he wouldn’t engage at all with me. I think partially because his English wasn’t great. However I also asked about our indoor ejection pump and if there would be a way to test it, and he looked at it and said “maybe works for 2-3 more months”. After that very random assessment I stopped even trying to have a conversation. I call the company after the technician leaves, saying i was confused about a few specific things. The lady said oh let me call that technician and ask him and get back to you. She never called back!! I call back after 2 days. I express my disappointment on my previous visit, so they apologize and send someone new out that may have been an owner, or at least someone they seemed to trust more. He was knowledgeable and said they would send over some estimates for us. We did receive the estimates, but there was like 6-7 items listed, with one bulk price. I called and asked for something more itemized since some of the work would be split for an HOA. Again they NEVER updated the estimates or ever got back to me. Lastly the way you pay them for their services is odd and inconvenient. You don’t pay the technician, someone emails you a bill in which you then have to Zelle them to avoid a large fee. This isn’t the end of the world. But dang, everything is a hassle with this company.

  Madden Sewer & Drain did a fantastic job replacing our old sewer pumps for our 16 unit townhome complex. They did the project for about 40% lower cost than other plumbers I had gotten quotes from, so I was initially nervous that it was too good to be true. Happily I was wrong, they did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

  Did not share pricing during multiple calls before service call, did not explain payment options, did not fix issue. After 30 minutes of four guys standing around watching one try to fix a sink, they revealed that I'd need to pay $300 check or cash and told me it was a 3% service charge to do it by card online. Which wasn't true. After the surprise rate, for a drain that remains clogged and a mess in the bathroom, I was also charged a surprise $25 dollar service charge for having to do an ACH online. They showed up with a huge van that didn't include an articulating scope? All the guy could tell me was that "the pipe bends" and he can give me a quote to fix the problem. I've worked with actual plumbers, these guys had no trade knowledge, a plumber will talk to you about material chemistry, this guy could barely form a sentence. But he's going to give me a quote? This isn't the standard experience with qualified tradespeople, these guys are not fair dealers.
