  This company is AMAZING!!! Very responsive, great people, fairly priced and high-quality work. I had them camera all my lines and clean my lateral and sink lines and catch basin. But there is more to it. For those of us who are a little older, you'll remember a time when treating your customers well, being nice and professional, keeping your word and taking pride in your work was the norm. Madden embodies all that. They answer the phone when you call, they pass on messages and they call back. They take their time to show you what they found and what work they did, they explain things clearly and answer all the questions you can come up with. There was no hard sell or upsell. Of course they let me know all the things they can do and made sure I understood the difference between what they felt I had to do vs. what would be a nice to have. I had a situation where I found a prior vendor did something they never should have but not being an expert in this area, I wanted someone who was to tell me if I was right. I called Madden, I asked if they could have the tech who did the work at my house call me same day and let me ask him a few questions that wasn't going to result in Madden getting the job barring anything crazy from the old vendor. They still said no problem and the tech called me within a few hours. I had what I needed and today the prior vendor fixed the issue for free. What company does that in today's world? I can't say enough great things about this company and their people, from the office to the crews that do the onsite work. If I need something done and it's something Madden does, then it's a one call scenario. They have earned all my future business and it's because they just do the right thing. I guess conversationally you would say they're just good, trustworthy people. Well done Madden, well done!

  Madden Sewer installed french drains and a sump pump in my home in July 2023. This is our first house and water problems were the biggest concern we had when buying. There was mold, bugs, signs of water damage, and constant humidity in the basement. We got a few quotes for waterproofing but Madden was the most professional and I'm so glad to have gone with them. It was a huge, loud, messy job but the crew was thorough! They also damaged as little drywall as possible and cleaned everything up very well once they were finished, even repairing a stair theyd had to take off during installation. We've since finished the basement and it never gets a hint of water, humidity is way down even in the summer, and even the silverfish have moved out. I'm writing this review while listening to the comforting sounds of the sump pump going off. A few weeks ago, I heard the next door neighbor pouring literal buckets of water out of his basement. Went down stairs in my socks to check my own basement and it was cozy and dry. Madden sewer you guys are the best! I recommend you to everyone and if I get another property, youre the first ones I'll call

  Great job replacing leaking pipe and suggesting basement turn off valve for optional future repair of broken outside spicket. Surprisingly very low/reasonable charge--rare today! Thanks.

  I’ve dealt with a lot of trades through a gut rehab and Madden is the real deal. They installed an electric ejector pump for sewer backup after the whole rehab was finished. Very professional with response and scheduling. The price reflects the quality and reliability. Can’t recommend highly enough.
