Service was great! I needed a shower repair and had no luck getting other companies to come out. J Sewer sent someone out the next day. A knowledgeable technician came and reviewed the problem and walked me through my estimate. He also scheduled for two more people to come out the very next day who arrived on time and got the job done. I’m very happy that I went with this company!

Luis was part of a team that detected gas leaks and repaired all of them. People’s Gas just left, a little over 20 hours from when PG detected the leaks. Luis & Don detected which connections were leaking, purchased new hardware, installed it and performed a successful leak test in s little over four hours. That’s great work in my opinion!

Professional and knowledgeable. Provided a fair assessment of the problem as well as details to remedy the the situation. Showed consideration by using shoe covers to enter premises. Nice touch.

John was very knowledgeable and could tell issues right away. I trust his expert judgement for the longevity of our water heater. Jose did a splendid job for our water heater. I cannot stop admiring how beautiful the installation looks. Thank you so much 🫶🏻

Truly outstanding service! J Sewer & Plumbing was able to quickly dispatch Luis on the Friday night prior to Labor Day weekend to address a critical issue. Enough can not be said regarding Luis' professionalism, clear explanation of the issue, what needed to be accomplished, & efficiency. His going above & beyond in conjunction with the reasonable cost guaranteed I will be calling them in in the future. Instead of contending with a salesperson I was working with a skilled tradesman, which was incredibly refreshing.
