Late last night had hysterical tenant in tears because of sewage backup from drain pipe in unit utility closet. Spent night calling at least 12 plumbing contractors with no call back in morning. Finally found J plumbing and they picked up the phone !! They had someone out before lunch and had DIEGO at my 3 flat to perform work 2 hours later. He explained every step of the way what we're seeing on camera before completing job. Had same problem twice in past 9 months and even lost a quality tenants because job wasn't done right. This time I stuck around to make sure it was and Diego understood and was patient with all my questions. He didn't take breaks and worked hard in torrential rains late until 9:00 pm to finish job so my tenants would be inconvenienced another minute. WOW ! Now I have a plumber I can trust with all water related issues. Great company and even greater people representing the badge. Thanks J- Plumbing.

These guys specialize in highway robbery. Totally took advantage of my girlfriend and her neighbor (both women btw) and their lack of experience. Charged nearly $400 for an inspection of a problem, not even a repair. Then gave them a $2000 estimate. This is a 45 minute repair job with a $75 part. Unconscionable. Stay away.

Professional, responsive, affordable. I've came across this company a few years ago and I've been contacting them ever since. Making an appointment is easy & quick! Milton and Chip came over the other day, they knew right away what the issue was in my tenats apartment. Also gave me advice, suggestions, & were friendly! I highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs. Thank you again!

Bronzeville. John did our estimate and Milton and Chip installed our sump pump, ejector pump, and battery back up. All three were consummate professionals and we could not have asked for a better experience. John came to do the estimate he was prompt and very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions (and there were many!) and even went above and beyond to give us other options for a larger project we are working on. Milton and Chip came to do the installation they were communicative, on time, answered our questions, respectful within our home, and professional. The work was done quickly and efficiently and we are very satisfied. This was an excellent experience.
