  We reached out to J Sewer and Drain about pumping our condo building catch basin and hydro vaccing our sewer connection to the city because we kept having flooding issues in our basement and our typical sewer contractor couldn’t do that type of work. They were very responsive and competitive in price. When the day came to perform the work, the sub contractor hired to do the pumping ghosted us. J Sewer was super apologetic and rescheduled immediately with a new sub contractor. At the new appointment, everyone was prompt and the work was completed quickly. I would recommend them and while we hope we don’t have another plumbing issue, would definitely work with them again.

  We had multiple visits this week for different issues. Luis hydro jetted our sewer line for 2 hours to help resolve clogs due to tree roots and debris. He used the camera and hydro jet repeated to clear out the debris. He also rodded our downspouts and identified some issues that had accumulated. He worked extremely hard the entire time he was here and patiently answered all of my questions along the way. I watched him do all of the work and he didn’t seem to mind having me oversee all of his work :). Luis recommend that Jesus (owner) come back out to offer suggestions on long term sewer solutions. Basi quickly fixed the leaky AquaPiston on our toilet. He’s friendly and easy to work with. Jesus came out and walked through options for installing a front yard clean out and backwater valve. He provided a thorough quote for the job later that day. We are doing our due diligence and getting additional bids for this job as it is a large dollar project.

  John is amazing! He fixed our issues, told me how to avoid it in the future, and offered suggestions on what to do next to avoid possible issues in the future. It was fast, easy, and hassle free. These guys ARE my new plumbing service moving forward.

  They advertise a camera inspection but you will never see the inspection. Drain is now worse. I would not recommend them at all too expensive and unskilled workers

  J Sewer and Drain did a great job on multiple jobs in our old house. They repaired a broken pipe in our kitchen, and repaired plumbing in our master bathroom. They came in and walked us through the process and when it turned out to be more than expected they worked with us to help out with costs. Milton, Diego and Basi were great and went above and beyond. They kept demo to a minimum and even took care to with cleanup at the end of the job.
