  Milton and Diego were true professionals. They spent 4 hours grinding out a tough job replacing my entire sump pump and ejector pump systems. The covered multiple levels of flooring and stairs with plastic and towels, leaving no sign that any work had been done at all when they left. The tandem was polite and hardworking - they take their craft seriously and I I trust the work was quality. Highly recommended.

  Of course the one year we forgot to turn off the water line to the yard we had a difficult winter! The first time we tried to water the yard, it "rained" in the basement. Pipe broke inside the wall. We had visions of a large hole and having to hire a mason after the pipe was fixed. Nope. These people came out immediately, assured me it was an easy repair and fixed it later that day! I don't know what other plumbers would charge, but the price they charged seemed very reasonable to me. They were considerate and didn't leave a mess. Definitely keeping their number in my phone!

  J Sewer and Plumbing was extremely helpful and professional. I discovered a leak in my private residence in Lincoln Park. J Sewer sent someone out within a day or two. John was very friendly, trustworthy, and communicative. He accurately diagnosed my issue and advised me on the solution. While John was in my home, I also asked him some other questions and he was very helpful consulting on those. I would highly recommend J Sewer and plumbing to any friends or family members. They will shoot you straight and accurately and efficiently resolve any issues you have.

  They will nickel and dime you to death! Charged 3 diagnosis fees totaling $2,000 for a leak detection. This is 5x the normal rate of other plumbers in the area and they wouldn't apply the diagnosis to the repair like other plumbers will. Their repair quote on top of the diagnosis fees was also over 50% higher than their competition. Absolutely insane pricing.

  I would NOT recommended. They tried to cancel on us the night before. Their customer services was horrible - never called us back… would answer their phones “what do you want?” We now have to pay someone else thousands of dollars to fix their mistakes on Extremely unprofessional and bad quality work. I wish their reviews reflect their actual work as we went with them for the “positive reviews online”
