It’s Electric Chicago is the repair shop riders turn to after everyone else says no. Founded in 2022, we specialize in diagnosing and repairing electric vehicles that other shops consider “unrepairable”—from e-bikes and e-motorcycles to e-scooters, electric unicycles, Onewheels, mobility scooters, and select custom builds.
We’re LEVA-certified and have an electrical engineer on staff, giving us the expertise to handle complex motor, controller, and electrical system issues. We’re upfront and honest—if a repair isn’t worth the cost, we’ll tell you. But more often than not, we find a solution that gets you back on the road. That’s why riders across Chicagoland trust us with their toughest electric repairs.

I appreciate his concern and willingness to share some information for the scooter!!!!!!! If anyone’s looking for somewhere to get anything fixed and some great advice, this place is NUMBER ONE for me!!!! 🥹
- BLBrian LispierAug 8, 20265.0Its Electric chicago is by far the best place to go to for e-bikes. They where able to replace my controller and display via Frankenstein. Witch to my underatanding is one of the hardest things to do. I would like to say thanks to the team.For there hard work. One problem i did run into with the bike is that for some reason cruise control does not seem to work anymore it worked before i took my bike into the shop but now it does not i tried to fix it in the PO settings but it still does not work any suggestions? but other then that im grateful to the team
