  I was in need of a full HVAC replacment (furnace, A/C, water heaters and hydronic heat for a radiant floor) and it was important to me to work with a privately owned company local to Chicago. I spoke in-depth with 3 installers in Chicago who were equipped to handle such a job. If you are a savvy homeowner who cares about the details, Heatmasters is the team you want. They successfully integrated an IBC boiler system (heating an 55 gal indirect water heater and a radiant floor) and a Carrier high-efficiency furnace & side discharge condenser into a unified smart home setup. They were incredibly patient with my specific requirements for quiet operation and my questions on installation approach. Their communication is excellent, and they went the extra distance to ensure customer satisfaction.   I had an issue with my furnace in the middle of the coldest days this past winter on Saturday. I made an emergency call into Heatmaster’s and the service personnel assessed the issue to be Major to the furnace that it needed to be replaced. That wasn’t possible until next business day (Monday). He was able to temporally get the furnace to work “under watch” through to Monday where they came and changed out the furnace for a new one. The installation was thorough and seamless. I also changed out the old air conditioner that they came back to install this spring. Very professional and knowledgeable crew. Shout out to Aaron, Tomas, Martin for the installation of the furnace. Huge shout out to Anthony for keeping the furnace working until the new one arrived.
