  These guys are the best. We had an emergency and they came out in just under an hour. Fixed the issue, gave the whole door the once over and everything works perfectly, all at a reasonable price.

  I contacted Crystal Overhead Door regarding the gate to the parking area behind my house, and the technicians arrived promptly and were very personable. They provided a quote for routine maintenance and shared that the gate operator is very old and could need replacement. They told me that they'd work on getting me a quote for the replacement when they returned to the office. I have followed up twice by phone, and although the person I've spoken with each time has been very nice, I still have been unable to get a quote for the replacement. These folks seem very nice but I'm no closer to replacing the operator for my gate.

  My garage door would go down and would immediately go back up. I explained the problem to George Kone and he thought that the problem was a disconnected ground wire on the garage door opener. He removed the outer housing and found that the wire was disconnected. He reconnected it and that fixed the problem. George was very knowledgeable and courteous in answering my questions.
