  This is the second time I have used Crystal Overhead Door for repairs on my garage door. Cesar and his helper just completed repairs on my door: which needed a hinge replacement and some roller replacements - with longer shafts. They called me to confirm that they would be on time, arrived exactly on time, installed the new parts, adjusted the door, and fully lubricated all moving parts (including the trolley and chain assembly on the door opener). My door now functions more smoothly and quietly than it did when it was new. Significantly exceeded all expectations. Thank You Crystal Overhead Door!

  Jack was thorough. Completely explained what needed to be done. Provided me with quote on the spot. Advised me of timeline to complete work. Looking forward to seeing work done. Willing to do on my schedule

  I'm not sure how this company got 5 star reviews. We had them come out to give us a quote on a new garage door. We never received the quote and they never returned our calls. We did like the rep they sent. Cesar was professional and knowledgeable which is why we gave the 2 stars.

  I called Crystal Overhead for a second opinion after getting a much higher quote elsewhere. George came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in plain language. No pressure, no upsell, just honest guidance. The pricing was very reasonable, and the whole experience was courteous and professional. If you want someone you can trust, ask for George.

  This is the 4th time I’ve used Crystal Overhead Doors in the 13+ years we’ve lived in our house, and every time they are able to schedule quickly, come within their timeframe, and do great work. We had a “hung door” that didn’t close all the way and was uneven. Carlos quickly gave a diagnosis and estimate, and got to work. In under an hour he replaced one broken cable and its pair on the other side of the door, repositioned the chain, and adjusted the force the door opens/closes with, and replaced a bent bracket that slowly wore on the cable causing it to break. He was super pleasant, explained everything thoroughly, cleaned everything up, and discussed long term/future replacements/issues and provided quotes of the different options that I will need to deal with down the line. He never tried to oversell or give doomsday scenarios to get me to buy a new door or opener. Carlos was great to work with, and can’t recommend him enough.
