  Jack looked over the overhead door in my rental garage, which had had the rollers for the top three the door sections come off the tracks, and had the cable on one side come off its pulley. He put everything back together and replaced the bent hinges in a reasonable time and tweaked the installation to ensure it would hold up. He was efficient, personable, listened to input, explained himself so I would understand what he was doing and why. He was excellent, exceeded expectations; and pleasant to deal with. Kudos and highest marks to Jack; his technical and interpersonal skills, and his can-do attitude , belie his two years of experience. He also prepared a proposal for the landlord /owner, to improve the door function and make it safer, and to and prevent future problems. I would definitely want to have Jack work on my overhead door should it ever need service again, and recommend him highly. Good job, Jack.

  It was a complete pleasure to work with Augustine today regarding my garage door replacement. His knowledge base regarding what was needed & attention to every single detail of the door replacement and modifications needed to add an opener was very professional in every way. His service call gave me 100% confidence in Crystal Overhead Door being able to do this job. Unfortunately I called a very low grade garage door company first. I write this review now very aware of what service excellence should and does look like.
