  I can’t speak highly enough about Crimson and the project they just completed for me. No, I’m not a Bot. No I don’t work for Crimson. And no, I don’t like writing reviews. However, this was such a complicated project, and Glenn and his team did such an outstanding job, I feel the need to spread the good word about Crimson. It’s my understanding Glenn’s expertise has been in residential and commercial design and construction. This was a very difficult project (mostly from a political perspective) as it was for a school district. Glenn and team were tasks to build a 1,500 square foot fully functioning instructional kitchen for John Lewis Middle School in Waukegan. This kitchen was built to compliment John Lewis’ existing greenhouse and teaching farm. From the get-go, Glenn’s architectural expertise was evident, as he shared renderings and ideas on how to make the kitchen a unique showpiece for the school and community. Glenn was very communicative, and was open to feedback. Once we had the design confirmed, and received approval from the school board, we had a very tight timeline to complete the project. Glenn and team executed flawlessly. Glenn had every team member scheduled and ready to go. Everyone on the Crimson team was diligent, professional, hardworking and most importantly, respectful while on the job site. It’s never easy dealing with a board, and dealing with the codes and policies of municipalities, but Glenn expertly maneuvered through each step. I’d be remise if I didn’t mention the attention to detail Glenn and his team have. They are extremely contentious, and didn’t just work fast, but worked fast and with care to make sure every detail was correct. Glenn has a top-notch team working with him, and the end result was a beautifully built kitchen that will live on in the district for generations. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Glenn and the Crimson team, and about the amazing end result! I highly recommend Crimson for any project, small or large, you won’t be disappointed.

  To say how extremely amazing Crimson Design and Construction is can not fit in this review. From the first day until the last day they were 1000% invested. They made sure every detail was perfect every step of the way. Everyone we worked with from Crimson felt like part of our school family. The communication was outstanding! The workmanship was incredible! They were not just building our kitchen they were becoming part of our school! I would recommend them to the highest degree. A 5-star rating does not even come close enough to how high we would rate them.

  Glenn and the Crimson team did a complete remodel of the top floor of our home, including a complete reconfiguration of the bathroom. They are pure professionals. They know all the ins and outs of everything. For us, Glenn did the architectural work, and him and the team did all the construction work. Our house turned out amazing, and we would highly recommend him. If we ever need to do significant work on the home again, we will use him and the team at Crimson.

  We worked with Crimson Design & Construction to completely renovate our 1980s kitchen, and we're thrilled with the results on every level. Glenn, Heidi, Alex, and the rest of their team were a joy to work with. They’re an impressive collective of outstanding experts who are to a person talented, dedicated, responsive, and patient. Everyone at Crimson cared deeply about realizing our vision—they listened closely to our desire for improved function, better use of space, and a particular style, and they met the challenge. We're excited to work with Crimson on our mud room next!
