  Best carpet and upholstery cleaning I've ever experienced! Great team led by Zach, whose communication was exceptional throughout the process. He was clear about arrival time, the potential success of stain removal (so far, so good), and drying time (exactly right). Zach was skilled, efficient, and personable. I will be using CCG again and will definitely request Zach.

  Excellent experience with Carpet Cleaning Group! They did an amazing job and were even able to complete the project two days earlier than originally scheduled after I mentioned that my preference was to have it done ASAP. German Sanchez was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process. He arrived on time and, after realizing the basement was also carpeted, called me before proceeding to explain and confirm the additional charge rather than simply adding it to the bill. I really appreciated that level of transparency. Great service, great communication, and excellent results. I would definitely recommend Carpet Cleaning Group and German!

  The team at CCG came in and did a great job. They were punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. They made sure to tell us what we needed to m move in advance, scoped out problem areas, and explained the process thoroughly so I knew where they would be and what they would be doing. Once done, they gave me clear instructions on what to do to let things dry (we weren’t able to open windows due to smoke from wild fires at the time) Would recommend to just about anyone.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I feel very fortunate to have found this carpet cleaning company. From the very beginning, their customer service—whether by phone or online chat—was outstanding. Everyone was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. The technicians, Garmen and David, were exceptional. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great attitude throughout the entire job. They took the time to explain the process and worked very hard to achieve the best possible results. When they finished, It was fresh, clean, and dry. There were a few stains that couldn't be completely removed, but that was because of the age and condition of my carpet—not because of their work. They did everything they could, and I truly appreciated their honesty and effort. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional carpet cleaning. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you, Garmen and David, for a job well done!

  I have been using Carpet Cleaning Group for a little over 10 years. I hired them right after I moved into my house because the basement carpet was just beyond. It was one of the first things I planned to replace. But after one cleaning, CCG completely brought it back to life and it looks brand new. I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave. Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don’t use that often – to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim – but again – looks fabulous. Can’t recommend them enough. I have been lucky enough to have Zach and Valodia do my service that past few times and they are always on time, pleasant, professional, and really good at what they do.
