A consummate professional! Mr. Burris repaired my hot water heater AND my furnace - both of which had been damaged during a recent basement flood; (and it wasn't a simple fix). He's the real deal! Give him a call. Whatever it is, he can fix it!

We needed a new gas line for our dryer and troubleshooting our kitchen sink water pressure. Mr. Burris was quick to respond and offered flexible scheduling. He quickly installed our new gas line and identified the cause of our faucet issues. As a new homeowner and a recent resident to Chicago, I am happy to say that I have an amazing plumber who I can depend on when issues arise!

I live on the north west side and it would've been days before Mr. Burris would be able to reach me. With a kind heart, Mr. Burris guided me via phone on a few remedies to try and fix my leaking kitchen faucet. I'm forever grateful for his kindness. May God continue to bless his business.

Great Honest Service!!! I called Burris & Sons to check my home for carbon monoxide after my alarm went off. The technician was very helpful! He talked me through possible triggers and hazards. In the end I replaced my detector and didn't need to spend hundreds on service. I just needed to replace a faulty alarm. Thanks for your honesty!!!!
