  I enthusiastically recommend Victor and his team of professionals at 773-PORCHES! From our initial meeting, Victor explained the entire process for a back porch tear down and rebuild. He advised me to level the sidewalk in front of the porch and provided me with a concrete contractor. He explained the periodic payment schedule in detail before the job began. Payments were spread out into manageable installments. Victor was realistic about how long the job would take from surveys and permits to the final inspection. Victor kept me in the loop at every step. I am 100% satisfied with my new, sturdy porch.

  I highly recommend 1-773-Porches! I scheduled a free estimate, and the very next day Victor showed up early for the appointment. He evaluated the job, gave me an affordable price for the installation, and was able to complete the work the very same day. Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and came fully prepared with all the tools he needed in his vehicle. The installation was done with great attention to detail, and my new porch columns came out beautiful. I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work and the entire experience.

  Our HOA contracted Victor and Gonzon Construction to replace our back porches. Victor and his team are knowledgeable, diligent, provide honest estimates and are very informative. In less than 12 days they demolished the old porches and completed the new one. They arrived early each day and worked nonstop. The finished product is amazing! THANK YOU!!

  I have used 1-773-PORCHES twice. Both experiences have been excellent. They're one-stop shopping--no need to hire an architect for design, then apply for permits, then get the old porch removed, etc. 1-773-PORCHES handled all aspects of the job from estimate to final seal coat efficiently, on time, and at a fair price. Best of all, the finished product is great, and a major improvement to my properties. I'll definitely use them again.
