★★★★★ Outstanding porch rebuild — highly recommend! We hired 1773porches company to tear out and rebuild our two-story rear porch and deck, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From the first photo (the rotted, sagging old framing) to the finished product, the difference is night and day. The crew started by completely removing all the deteriorated wood — you can see in the pictures how bad the old joists and rim boards had gotten — and rebuilt everything from the ground up with new pressure-treated lumber: solid posts, proper beams, new decking, railings, stairs, and lattice skirting underneath.

Naturally apprehensive about trusting contractors, this experience was reassuring. Starting before 8am, and working diligently til days end. Everyone working was polite and attentive to my concerns. We can hardly wait to paint, decorate and enjoy!!! Thanks

I enthusiastically recommend Victor and his team of professionals at 773-PORCHES! From our initial meeting, Victor explained the entire process for a back porch tear down and rebuild. He advised me to level the sidewalk in front of the porch and provided me with a concrete contractor. He explained the periodic payment schedule in detail before the job began. Payments were spread out into manageable installments. Victor was realistic about how long the job would take from surveys and permits to the final inspection. Victor kept me in the loop at every step. I am 100% satisfied with my new, sturdy porch.

Vic(k)tor and team were really good. Knowledgeable of the city requirements. They were timely in their work didn’t wait long after permit was acquired before work began. I was informed as needed throughout regarding their progress. Work looks good. Carolyn HB

I highly recommend 1-773-Porches! I scheduled a free estimate, and the very next day Victor showed up early for the appointment. He evaluated the job, gave me an affordable price for the installation, and was able to complete the work the very same day. Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and came fully prepared with all the tools he needed in his vehicle. The installation was done with great attention to detail, and my new porch columns came out beautiful. I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work and the entire experience.
