  I called Roto Rooter and the technician was there within 40 minutes, he was very helpful polite, knowledgeable, and friendly ! He had the issue resolved by 20 minutes. Great service and I will recommend your company to everyone. David Crabtree

  I purchased my own garbage disposal to be swapped out with the old one. The Roto-Rooter technician came out on a Monday and quoted us $556 for 30 to 40 minutes worth of work? That seemed excessively high. So, we called a local licensed independent plumber and he performed the switch in 20 minutes and only charged us $105. Works as expected, no leaks. I’m sure Roto-Rooter has good technicians, but this is beyond ridiculous. I’m posting this to make sure you shop around before committing.
