- GLGina Lueders1 day ago5.0Dustin attempted to relight the pilot light on my water heater but it was a lost cause on a water heater from 1992! He replaced it very quickly that same day & provided great customer service.

- FHFridie HartmanMay 8, 20261.04/29/25 Over 1 year! Roto Rooter has still not completed the job. Yard is still tore up and the clean out pipe is 3 feet tall in middle of the yard. They replaces the sewer line on 4/]29/26. Within 10 months (2/14/26) the pipe was clogged. When they came to clean the pipe the tech broke part of the clay tile and left a big hole in the sewer line. Roto Rooter will not fix the line and has not returned calls. Attached is a picture I just took in the comments. I highly recommend any other service for sewer needs. ROTO ROOTER IS THE WORST!

- COCharles OutlawApr 29, 20265.0Jonathan showed up in the early part of the time window and explained the cost which I thought was high but gave the okay. The kitchen sink clog was worse than I thought but he kept at it until it’s draining properly. I got my money’s worth.
