  Well, all I can say is that Skyler and Logan were exceptional to work with. I lost my husband five months ago in April. Since his passing, the road has been very rough and yesterday the sewer backed up. I had no idea what to do. I called Roto Rooters And Donnie came out to give me an assessment for the cleanup. I was quite stressed out and didn’t get all the information correctly. They worked with me on the price and even though the work wasn’t able to get done until quite late in the evening, Skyler and Logan came all the way from champagne to work cleaning up the mess in the basement. They were kind, patient, professional, and I ended up having a very positive interaction with this company. I would highly recommend them If you should ever need a cleaning project such as I had.   We were so pleased with the service that Roto Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service provided for our 31 yr old home's crawlspace. It was not holding water but, it was very damp. Our original sump pump was working but, it was not big enough nor placed deep enough. There was moisture dripping off the HVAC ducts and cinder blocks held moisture in them as well. We had our crawlspace "totally encapsulated." Skylar Legg & Levi (do not know his last name) did the majority of the work. What a job they did. It was not an easy job: they worked in tight quarters bringing out all the old visqueen barrier, spraying an earth friendly antimicrobial substance to combat any mold that had accumulated, placing fans for drying out, placing a bigger sump pump deeper into the ground, putting down a thicker vapor barrier and putting in a dehumidifier which we had not had before. Our crawlspace is totally cut off from the outside now. As Skylar & Levi attest: "your crawl space is super clean now, it is cool AND IT IS DRY, you can go down there & have dinner!" Donnie Powell, was our RR contact person. He explained the ENTIRE process to us. We had a lot of questions. He stressed to us that we were to contact him with any questions, concerns or problems. It was great to have Donnie. When we did have concerns, he tried to get Skylar or Levi to come to our home, as they had done the work & were familiar with our crawl space & with us We really appreciated the consistency in this job that Roto Rooter did for us. We'd also like to recognize Stanford, Dustin & Jalynn. These 3 were valuable in checking on the fans that ran for several days & the installation of the dehumidifier. This was not a easy nor cheap home improvement job, but, we know that we are walking on top of a dry crawl space and have no fears of inhaling mold that grows in a dark & damp 31 yr old crawl space.   This company is great- I had a little of problems, they gave me estimates before doing any work was done , the crews and personnel were very efficient, courteous, respectful polite and friendly and understanding of my situation with the tasks at hand . THEY DESERVE MORE THAN A FIVE STAR RATING.Elon, Colton , Avery , Stanford and his crew and Bruce they were all very pleasant..

  I do not recommend this company for emergency water-damage response. They also know my appointment as I’ve received contact multiple times about my review. Discovered they did not re hook up the toilet and sink after they finished the job. What should have been an urgent situation turned into a process that dragged on for several days, with poor communication and repeated scheduling issues. I was told the job would take approximately one to two days, but it remained partially completed while appointments and completion dates continued to be pushed back. Technicians missed scheduled arrival times, and on one occasion arrived without calling ahead while I was away at work. Before that, I had already taken multiple days off work to wait for scheduled appointments. Communication between the company and its technicians also appeared inconsistent, which contributed to additional delays. During an already stressful and expensive emergency, I expected much better communication, reliability, and urgency. Another major concern was that the drying equipment was removed without the room being tested for its actual moisture/dryness level. When I asked about the moisture readings, I was essentially told to take their word for it rather than being shown actual measurements. The overall scheduling, communication, and handling of the emergency response were extremely disappointing. I would not use this company again.
