  I scheduled AC maintenance a couple of weeks back. I explained I am not around that much, but we found a date a couple of weeks out so I could schedule to be here. The appointment was set for today from 2-4 PM. I called at 3:15 just to confirm they were still coming. The lady I spoke with (who was the person I originally scheduled the appointment with) said I was not on the schedule. She apologized and said they were having computer problems. She asked if I could reschedule for next week. I told her I could not, that I had changed my schedule to be here today. She put me on hold for a minute then asked if I could be available Monday afternoon. I repeated to her that I was not around often and that I had to schedule a couple of weeks in advance. Then I had to hang up as I was getting very angry. I called back and asked to speak to an owner or office manager. Conveniently they all had gone home for the day. Just ridiculous level of service and lack of listening skills. Now I have to find a reputable HVAC company and schedule another time to be here. Most disappointing.

  I have had two great experiences with this company so far. The first time my heat went out on the nasty cold snap at the end of last year. I called around and had no luck. I called here and I had someone at my house 4 hours later. It was a simple fix and cost me way less than I thought it would. The second time was recent, and it was the control board that went out. The technician was great at explaining what was going on and what could be causing it. I got a quote for the repair and he was able to get the part and get it fixed within the hour. Thats twice they have taken a call and got their tech out quickly and when they said they would, got the problem fixed, and charged me a reasonable price. Its nice to have a reason to leave a good review, so thanks.

  Furnace not functioning early this morning. Called them and they were here within 2 hrs. Very efficient service and had our heat back on within 15 minutes. Good communication about the problem and letting us know when they were on their way.
