  Collier was wonderful! He was quick to figure out the issue with my condensation pump. He gave me 3 options along with the cost up front to fix the issue. He also explained the importance of having the HVAC system serviced in the summer months and again in the winter months. I signed up for the maintenance plan and look forward to my system running smoothly for many years to come. Thanks Collier. You are fine young man and best of luck to you. Julie

  Our motor for the fan went out and it all badly needing a cleaning. Compasitor replaced, motor replaced, and a lot of cleaning. He did a great job. And busted butt for like 2 hours to get it done. Showed everything that was wrong and what he recommended to be replaced/cleaned showed all before and afters. And he did a fantastic job. Was very professional. It's pricey, but we ended up choose to replace the motor instead of just cleaning it and hoping it works longer. Note our system is 24 years old. And is running Great this morning keeping the house at a nice 68°. We appreciate the quick and prompt work as we're a big family.

  I had a water heater and sump pump replaced on Wednesday, and I’m very pleased with the service. Andy was extremely thorough and patient in answering all of my curious questions. He had quite a haul getting the new water heater downstairs and bringing the old one back up, but he handled it professionalism. Once the job was complete, he cleaned the entire area and thoroughly tested both the water heater and sump pump to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend Andy for the job! I was also having an issue with my septic system, so Andy ran a camera through the cleanout to check things out. Everything looked good, but he recommended having the septic tank pumped since it had been number of years. Edelman’s also asked me to contact them afterward so they could make sure everything was taken care of. The office staff and everyone in the field have been awesome to work with. Connie

  The Team at Edelman's are fantastic and did an excellent job installing my new HVAC system. Kirk Donovan advised and helped choose the best system for my needs. He was so easy to talk to he made the process not feel so overwhelming . He suggested the options that were available to make the proper decision concerning HVAC efficiency and maintaining ideal comfortable home environment. No pressure on choosing which unit to go with. Only honest recommendations for my home were discussed. Carlos and Tyler and all the Edelman office personnel took the time to educate me on various additional add-on options. Ultimately I decided to have the Fan Powered Humidifier and the OXY 4 Air Purifier to my system as upgrades. My Technicians were Mike Lockwood and Steve McKiernan who were extremely hard workers who removed my old system (hauled it away) and installed a 97% Efficient 2 stage furnace and a Heat Pump. The AC unit was from Carrier. The technicians were very knowledgeable and hard working. There is so much involved getting systems installed correctly. They arrived with two big trailer vans that were like mini-tool shops. They spent the whole day going up and down stairs and lifting heavy units and attached to the new HVAC to the existing ductwork. They did outstanding work. I am very impressed and thankful. Mike explained and answered any questions I had and gave practical tips to ensure they system works to its best ability. Outside by the side of the house some bushes had to trimmed down to place the AC unit properly. The bushes were cut down only as much as was needed and they kept the area tidy and cleaned all areas. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with. Very Customer service oriented company. Everyone was very professional, courteous and helpful. I can easily give them a 5 star rating and will continue to use them for any maintenance that is needed in the future. I did sign up and become a member of the Home Wellness Club. Thank you again Edelman’s for all your help!
