  I recently worked with Rick at the Cary office. It’s the first time I have bought a shed. He was great! He explained everything about options and the features. He was not pushy and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him.

  I am so mad about how my shed turned out. It started out great with my sales person being super nice and helpful, until they had my money and it was built. We talked about how my land was and they were going to build it off of bricks. I took off work to meet them there to build it. They showed up with the intention of not even building it. They made a big deal about there being a tiny bit of mud on the path to the shed because it rained the day before. I was still able to drive over this with my truck with no problem at all. I said it’s OK if they came back another day as long as it’s the same guys so I don’t have to take off work again. I then get a phone call saying my whole property is ankle deep of mud. (Which it was not) They also said that they want me to add gravel or they weren’t going to warranty it anymore. This was not planned for or talked about at all. I added gravel and measured perfectly off of the fence and put stakes in the ground of exactly where I wanted the shed. I wanted it perpendicular with the road. Pretty basic. I also talked to the builders about the stakes being in the exact spot. They didn’t place it in the correct position of the stakes that were perpendicular of the road. They are refusing to fix it. (OVER A FOOT CROOKED) They said they could “fix” it by lifting it with a trailer and pulling one side of it, which it would then be off of all of the blocks underneath, and it would be floating. This is a 10’ x 14’ shed and I paid over $8000 for it. I am so mad that they won’t take accountability and fix their mistake the right way. I have photos of the steaks in the correct position and the shed after it was built. Them not caring about how it is faced is unacceptable and the rudeness/disrespect about fixing it and making it right for me is unacceptable. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I wish I hired a builder myself.
