- BRBob RichardsJul 28, 20265.0First off, the front office was very professional, courteous, on the ball. Second, I called about needing a gas valve replaced (speculating), but Im not the pro so they understood my language. they were very good on scheduling same day and even called again to see if I could do earlier which i said yes. Albert the pro doing the work was also just as professional in communication and his work. He used wands to detect gas before and after and other tactics to verify gas valve was verified. He explained to me how gas pressure relief works when I asked about what ifs. I am 100% satisfied. I'll be calling you when I plan out a furnace replacement. Excellent job! Looking forward to working with you in the future!

NUMEROUS SERVICE CALLS ON A UNIT YOU INSTALLED 1 YEAR AGO. $18 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR NOTHING BUT THE RUNAROUND. YOU OVERCHARGED US FOR THE UNIT, ONLY TO COME OUT AND INSTALL A UNIT THAT WE DID NOT PURCHASE AND FOR YOU TO CONTINUE TO MANSPLAIN THAT MY AC WILL NOT GO DOWN TO WHAT I SET IT AT, 72 DEGREES WHEN IT IS ONLY 88 DEGREES OUTSIDE, AND MY INSIDE TEMP IS 78 DEGREES AND CLIMBING. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND AT THIS POINT YOU NEED TO REPLACE THE UNIT OR RETURN THE 18K I FINANCED AND EVERY PENNY I HAVE SPENT THUS FAR!.... And 75% humidity inside.
