- CJCynthia JacksonOct 5, 20265.0I had some storm damage on my siding and called Big Dog. Josh came and checked it out and answered my questions. He found a color matching almost exactly. Clayton and Justin Knight replaced the damaged siding in a professional and timely manner. They were both very friendly and did a fantastic job. Very pleased with everything. Thank you, Big Dog!
- EJErik JenkinsAug 30, 20265.0Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Josh is kind and patient and hands on from the quote process. Debbie is very communicative during the scheduling with regular reminders even if the time changes by 30 minutes. All the laborers that came out were kind and didn't make us feel like they were inconvenienced by being here (you know the type). Customer service and quality work with good prices. Couldn't ask for a better experience, and will definitely be using them again!
- CCCarolyngeneaAug 15, 20265.0Excellent job in replacing two old upstairs windows. Josh was great to work with from beginning to end in arranging the project. Tom, Alex and Jeff were great in the installation process. Thank. you so much! I am very happy to have the new windows.
- BPBeth PruittJul 23, 20265.0Tom, Alex and Jeff did a great job installing new windows in our house. They we professional and friendly while working quickly and efficiently. Josh measured and quoted us quickly also. Great turn around time and experience from first call to install. Beautiful finish work.
- KDKim DraperJul 20, 20265.0We had 3 new windows installed in our fifth floor apartment. Using a scissor lift was not an option due to wires and steps on the outside of the building. Chris measured and said the job could be easily done from the inside of our apartment. I was very nervous about the entire process, however, Chris assured me that he and the Big Dawg company would take good care of us. Chris was absolutely true to his word! The installation was done in a very timely manner with very minimal mess. We are extremely pleased with our new windows and would highly recommend Big Dawg Construction Company to everyone 👍😊
