- VMVickie MoreheadMay 10, 20265.0I babysit two great grandsons. I live on a busy street. I needed a fenced in area to prevent my grandsons from getting to the street. S&S came to see where I wanted it,called the utilities to Mark their lines and a week later I had a fenced in area for my grandsons to play in. I am very happy with their work. Highly recommend them.

As the company performing the digging, we will handle the JULIE call. Approximately two weeks before installation, we'll mark the dig area with white flags. We'll then contact JULIE, who will mark any underground utilities with colored flags to guide our digging process.
Will JULIE mark any utilities I have installed myself? Example: I ran electric from my house to my garage underground. Will JULIE mark that also?
JULIE is unable to mark any utilities that are privately installed. Please let us know the approximate locations of any self-installed underground lines, utilities, or sprinkler systems so we can ensure they are not damaged during installation.
