  James is a wonderful man & a great asset to the company. He’s very professional & kind & very caring. Not everyday the tech says, bills on me. Extremely helpful of him. We payed 0$ out of pocket.   My furnace went out turns out I need a whole new unit they came and quoted me $10,000 for a new one I called 4 other companies all of which quoted me under 6,000 I don’t understand why they were gonna charge me so much be weary and get different quotes before you settle people

  I had a gas leak in my house, connected to my furnace. I had called several different plumbers and either didn't get a response or was not able to be helped for several days. Turney's was very concerned about my situation as it is going to be below 0 degrees tonight with the windchill. He came out same day, waited for ameren to turn my gas back on and had me fixed in no time. Very pleased with them.
