  The honesty and efficiency are top notch. My job was more than I thought. Derek came out and was very clear about the issues and options to the scope of work. Dominic and Domingo joined the project and I laughed about the makings of a good sewage serenade. Due to the nature of the issue a clean up crew was also in and out while working in the basement. Everyone moved in a concerted effort and really made the reality of the burden not stink so bad. I hope you don't have an E.coli extravaganza on your hands, but if you do, hands down here.

  They sent a rep out to come give me a second opinion on my sewer. They assured me that work that was recommended by another plumber did not need to be done. The rep was knowledgeable and very helpful. No hard sell. This is my go to plumber going forward!
