  The lies started with Clint saying this job was not sourced out! Today I found out that’s just the start of the lies.. They showed up roofed the house had to come back 3 more times with issues due to poor craftsmanship. Brian made a visit explained to santos what needed to be done and how to do it and on the fourth trip to my house santos choose to do it his way and not how the owner said to do it! I now have to pay real roofer to fix the multitude of poor craftsmanship that they as a company could not figure out how to do! I do appreciate the videos my cameras caught while they attempted to do the roof from the worker who peep on my house to the worker in my driveway picking his toes to the worker hammering nails into the grass! I now have two different sized drop edges to vents not over the hole cut in the roof to gutters the unfastened and reinstalled pitched with the downside lower than the downspout side.. I have a new roof vent the crew dented and didn’t fix I have a chimney with flashing that they put over the old flashing. I have poorly it drip edge corner that let more weather in than the stop. I would highly recommend running from this company!

  Brian has left several friends, family members and clients in the dark. He does not return calls, could not even get up on a family member’s roof, and did not produce an estimate. I am unsure how he’s still in business after a storm hit our area in March. Despite his good reviews prior to March 2026- I would not waste your time calling Brian with Exterior Design

  I had a very disappointing experience with Exterior Designs. The representative came out to inspect my property and immediately tried to discourage me from pursuing a roof replacement claim, telling me I essentially had no chance of getting it approved through insurance. Not satisfied with that assessment, I had another company inspect the roof, and they were able to identify legitimate storm damage that was overlooked or ignored during the initial visit. What was even more concerning was that the representative offered to do repairs as a side job outside of the company. I was specifically looking for work to be handled professionally through a licensed company and through the insurance process, not through personal side work arrangements. After the inspection, I never received a quote, follow-up call, or any communication regarding next steps. I even contacted management for an update and was told someone would get back to me, but I never received a return call. Overall, I felt my time was wasted, communication was poor, and the level of professionalism did not meet my expectations. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
