They replaced my roof after the March storm and the work was done in a couple of days. Extremely happy with the work. I will highly recommend.

I have used Exterior Design twice now, one for gutters and one for a new roof after the hail storm/tornado in March. The salesman was extremely easy to work with, the crew was respectful, quick, and made sure to clean up after they were done. Entire project was done in a day!

We put a deposit down in April. The roof took months to repair the siding is a joke. And once I finished my review, there will be a reply that says, oh, we don't see you on our list. We've been on the list for 5 months. I understand that they have an overabundance of customers, but this is ridiculous. The color of the siding on my garage absolutely does not match the sighting of my house like I said , I pray that this is resolved, because nobody deserves to be treated this way. I plan to sell my house in a couple of years , and I don't wanna sell it like this being mismatched, that's not what we ordered, and I deserve to have it resolved and make it cope aesthetic

This company is clearly not good under pressure. Money hungry and they take on more than they can handle. I'd give a zero star rating but that's not an option. The integrity of my roof is questionable. I had to call a local honest company to come fix everything they screwed up. That's out of pocket of course. After giving this company $31000 to do the most basic job. There were shingles without tar strips. They put drip edge where gutter guard should be. Instead of doing flashing on a part of my house they originally said needed flashing they used two different colors of caulk to seal it. They did flashing around my chimney that looked like a 10 year old did it. Came back to fix it and didn't do much better. Left three vents on my roof that are severly hail damaged that they were suppose to replace. Lots of broken promises and disappointment. I had another company come fix all the flashing. After the guy followed me to the bank wanting payment he claimed they would come finish everything. Haven't heard from them since. I have another company doing my gutters. Do b yourself a favor and go with someone honest that has knowledge about the job.

The lies started with Clint saying this job was not sourced out! Today I found out that’s just the start of the lies.. They showed up roofed the house had to come back 3 more times with issues due to poor craftsmanship. Brian made a visit explained to santos what needed to be done and how to do it and on the fourth trip to my house santos choose to do it his way and not how the owner said to do it! I now have to pay real roofer to fix the multitude of poor craftsmanship that they as a company could not figure out how to do! I do appreciate the videos my cameras caught while they attempted to do the roof from the worker who peep on my house to the worker in my driveway picking his toes to the worker hammering nails into the grass! I now have two different sized drop edges to vents not over the hole cut in the roof to gutters the unfastened and reinstalled pitched with the downside lower than the downspout side.. I have a new roof vent the crew dented and didn’t fix I have a chimney with flashing that they put over the old flashing. I have poorly it drip edge corner that let more weather in than the stop. I would highly recommend running from this company!
