- MWMarsha White3 days ago5.0Zach was great. Serviced our A/C, replaced our UV bulbs in our Second Wind and performed service/maintenance on our generator. Zach went over everything he did for us and answered all of our questions. After Zach left and I discovered a more urgent problem with an upstairs toilet, Bradbury sent Zach back as soon as he was available to solve our plumbing issue. We were able to turn the water back on.

- ASAmber SwaiteAug 10, 20261.0Extremely Disappointed by the Lack of Transparency I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bradbury Heating & Cooling. The biggest issue was not simply the cost of the warranty work, it was the misleading and dishonest reassurance that the work would be covered under warranty then receiving a large bill that followed and refusal to give a breakdown or explanation. The unit is only 3 years old and already failing. Warranty work should come with transparency, clear communication, and accurate billing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Bradbury Heating & Cooling. For me, the loss of trust is the biggest issue, and that is why I cannot recommend this company.
- SSScott SafferJul 14, 20265.0Outstanding. This is the 4th job I've had them do and they always do great work and the price was the best of 2 quotes. Zack and John were great and got my a/c replaced on a hot day. They've done furnaces for two houses, and new duct work after we had asbestos removed. One of the furnaces went out mid-winter and they were out the same day with a replacement in the next. They stayed late until the job was done so we wouldn't be without heat. I really appreciate it!

Chris was friendly, professional and said he’d know the issue in less than 5 minutes! He was right, Chris discovered the problem and promptly began to fix it. Chris then checked to see if the unit needed cleaning, it did. Chris took time to thoroughly clean the AC unit. I highly recommend Bradbury Plumbing for their promptness, knowledge and professionalism. Ask for Chris! He has some great tips on how to maintain the furnace and AC!!!!
