  I booked an appointment last week, but since no specific morning time was provided, I was instructed to call for an update on the plumber's arrival. On the day of the appointment, I called the number from the confirmation text at 10:00 a.m. Receiving no response, I followed up at 10:30 a.m., at which point the scheduler informed me the technician was still on a job and would arrive in two to three hours. At 2:30 p.m., four hours later, I called the office again. I was told to wait an additional hour and a half to two hours. Despite my concerns, they assured me the technician would still arrive that day. Finally, at 4:20 p.m., I was notified that he was on his way. John eventually arrived and repaired my leaky faucet; he was courteous and professional, and the work appears to be high quality. As a long-standing client, I am disappointed by the significant delay, as the technician did not arrive until the evening despite the initial expectations. Furthermore, I have noticed a recent increase in your service pricing.

  I had a sewer back up I called spoke with Heather she was very helpful. Understood the problem. Then she came out worked at cleaning out my sewer from tree roots Great job I'm very happy

  Heather did an excellent job reviewing issues regarding our Navien tankless water heater. She was very thorough in explaining what was necessary to be done. We appreciate her professionalism. Great work

  My AC fan stopped working around 5:00 PM, and I made several calls to different HVAC technicians, but unfortunately, no one was able to help after hours. I then called Bradbury Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical around 6:20 PM, and they responded incredibly quickly. Gina arrived less than an hour later, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got our air conditioning back up and running. I really appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent service—especially after hours when we were having trouble finding anyone available. Huge thanks to Gina and the entire Bradbury team for coming through when we needed help the most! I highly recommend Bradbury for their outstanding service and quick response.

  Can't tell if they are good or not, they didn't show up. The appointment was made on a Monday, to come on Wednesday. By lunch time, Wednesday, I called to confirm. I was told they were still coming, never showed, not even a phone call to say, "hey sorry, got held up", nothing. Then Thursday morning, I get a text message, can they reschedule for the following week. Not a phone call, a text message. So unprofessional. Sorry, but if you can't own up to your mistake, with a phone call, that's enough for me to cross you off my list. I contacted someone else, free estimate, absolutely fair price, had the work done by lunchtime on the Friday. Sorry Bradbury, your loss, I will recommend this other company. My time is just as valuable as yours.
