  I called them out to replace a circuit board and blower for my furnace. They gave me a ridiculous price for $3500. I went online and the parts for both totaled less than $600. So they were charging me 3k for labor .. lol which is ridiculous. I had a few quotes and no one was that high. Nevertheless, I got the job done for under $1,000 parts included …Shame on u TR Miller for price gauging especially at a time where most people are having a rough time due to the storms. . They have done work for me in the past , but i will not b returning.

  Kaleb and Marvin from TR Miller came out for a scheduled HVAC service call, and I had a great experience with both of them. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the visit. They took the time to explain the condition of my HVAC system, walked me through what they were seeing, and provided helpful recommendations on things that could improve the air quality and overall performance of the system.

  Don came in and replaced the bathroom faucet he did great job. It was clean and efficient. We also had Carlos, Maria and Adriel out and they replaced our entire heating and cooling. From the time they walked up to the door they put on booties and laid out tarps to protect our flooring. Before any work was started we all did a walk around and made sure that everyone was on the same page. They then got to work and it was nonstop working. They took out the old system and replaced it with a new system. They even took extra time and effort to make sure that we had additional room. They also took care of the tripping hazard and combined drains so that there was no more drain hoses in the middle of the room. I would not only highly recommend TR Miller but 100% recommend these technicians.

  Not sure which TR Miller I got but this one is the closest. I had somebody from their HVAC team come out who wasn’t helpful, and he left with no suggestions on why our airflow is minimal in two bedrooms. Just said there might be a switch to open the vents but wouldn’t help me find it. I don’t think such a thing exists. Then he tried charging me for his visitation fee even though it’s free with the TruCare+, which we will be cancelling today. Then we had somebody from their plumbing team come and tell us it would be $500 to remove an existing toilet, add a ring, and then reseal the existing toilet. That job costs $250 and is being done by a just as reputable company. Not sure why they think it’s ok to charge people DOUBLE what most people ask, but it seems everybody in this review section is willing to pay the hustlers fee. I recommend everybody do their research! First time I’ve been bamboozled by a 5-star rated company.

  We had a great experience with Kaleb from T.R. Miller. He came out in some pretty poor weather conditions and was incredibly diligent and thorough in working through the system to diagnose the issue. He not only found the problem, but took the extra time to determine what caused it in the first place, which we really appreciated. Kaleb walked me through the entire process, explaining what he was checking, what he found, and why it mattered. What impressed me even more was how welcoming he was with my son, who is interested in getting into the trades. Kaleb let him watch and learn while he worked and took the time to explain what he was doing. That meant a lot to us. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend Kaleb and T.R. Miller to anyone looking for HVAC service. Great experience all around!
