  Met with Dan Timlin today to look at getting furnace and AC replaced. Dan was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. I feel he did a great job and am looking forward to getting a new system installed with TR Miller.

  Bogdan came for Hvac service last week. He is beyond excellent, explained everything very clearly and showed tests to confirm that everything was working. He was the only tech who pointed out for the 1st time that our air scrubber mounted high up needed a filter change for 2 years since 2024. I’ve had really bad chest tightness almost daily for 14 months now and my daughter had the worst allergies. My chest tightness was so much better after he simply changed the filter. We are so grateful he noticed and took care of it. 3 days ago, our A/C stopped working due to severe heat and condensation everywhere in the basement! We requested Bogdan and again, he predicted what the issue was and it was exactly that! Bogdan is an exceptional tech, extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and very experienced. We would give him more than 5 stars if we could. We are moving soon and will only request him for future HVAC issues. Thank you so much Bogdan for getting our purifier and A/C working. You are the best!!

  I booked out a routine furnace/AC maintenance appointment about four weeks ahead of time, and was told the general date of my service. I figured as I got closer, I would be given a timeframe where someone would show up. Day of my appointment I kept getting texts every 2 hours that technicians were busy and one would contact me when available. When I called at 3 PM to see if someone would be coming before end of business at 5 PM I was told they run until 8 PM. I was never told the length of time I’d be waiting around for someone to arrive. While I have no issues with 8 to 5 window of needing to be available at my home, an 8 PM possible end time with absolutely no communication to the customer prior just seems like dragging someone along. I ended up canceling, which was a shame, was planning on buying a new furnace through them. I’ll go with another local business.

  I had a great experience with Julian and would highly recommend TR Miller. Julian communicated clearly throughout the entire visit and was polite and professional at all times. I appreciate how he took the time to explain each step of the process - explaining what he was doing and why. He also set clear expectations and helped troubleshoot an ongoing issue we had been experiencing which gave me a lot of confidence in his expertise. He offered helpful options and suggestions for future maintenance without being pushy. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to call again in the future.

  Derrick from TR Miller came on Tuesday June 9th to replace 3 old leaking faucets in our 3 showers. He successfully replaced 2 of them on the home level. He just started on the one in the basement when the high wind storm came through and killed our electrical power (for 3 days as it turns out). Derrick was a real professional. He was able to do the entire installation using his battery powered portable lighting and power tools. He finished the installation completely. He had to install "from the front" on 2 of them, which is the hardest to do. We are happy with the work Derrick and other TR Miller reps do. We wanted to write the review immediately but we were too busy with trying to survive without power, along with our whole neighborhood. The price seems somewhat high, but TR Miller's work quality is top notch and is worth it.
