  The website wouldn't allow me to order the product I wanted, but I contacted their customer service and they ordered it for me. I was able to quickly pick it up at the Bolingbrook location. When I picked it up the gentleman was very helpful.

  I have sourced all my wood floor needs for renovating my basement as well as my in-law suite. Customer service is superb, straightforward, and high competency. Explaining the subtle nuances of how to choose the best flooring is especially appreciated and saves me from making a regretful decision. Special shout out to Sean (!) for providing that reassuring white glove knowledgeable personal service. Truly an asset in every way. I won’t go anywhere else as he has my complete trust.   We came here first and then went to two other stores in the same day. We came back and put our order in the same day because Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and took time explaining everything that the others did not. Sean made the whole selection and ordeing process smooth and we are excited for our new floor!

  This was our first hardwood purchase and Sean was very helpful explaining the pros and cons of various materials. He went out of his way to search other stores for the flooring we wanted and to make sure our order was promptly delivered.
