  I had a great experience here. They have a really good selection of flooring at reasonable prices, and they also offer installation. Sean was very polite and patient, answered my questions, and gave me some free samples to take home. I really appreciated his help and will definitely come back when I’m ready to buy.

  The quality of thier flooring is sub par and goodluck getting enough inventory to complete a job. The name says it all, liquidation means remnants of products that didn't sell somewhere else. Do yourself and your customers a favor... go to Floor and Decor!! They are the best in the industry

  The website wouldn't allow me to order the product I wanted, but I contacted their customer service and they ordered it for me. I was able to quickly pick it up at the Bolingbrook location. When I picked it up the gentleman was very helpful.

  I have sourced all my wood floor needs for renovating my basement as well as my in-law suite. Customer service is superb, straightforward, and high competency. Explaining the subtle nuances of how to choose the best flooring is especially appreciated and saves me from making a regretful decision. Special shout out to Sean (!) for providing that reassuring white glove knowledgeable personal service. Truly an asset in every way. I won’t go anywhere else as he has my complete trust.
